La atención del personal, limpieza y ubicación.

No trngo nada reseñable.

Al mirar por la terraza se veía las canteras y eso para mi orientación me tranquilizó. Había detalles como capsulas de café agua chocolatinas etc

The location is just perfect, very close to the beach, supermarket and also to the bus station from which you can go in most famous cities at Gran Canaria.

The lady at the reception doesn’t speak english at all. It was really hard to communicate.

The beds are comfortable, and the location is great (1 min walk to the beach).

good value for money at this little hotel with an eye for detail, situated at literally 2 minutes walk from the Canteras beach. The staff was friendly and attentive; the rooms were bright, very clean and well equipped with up-to-date appliances (I loved the coffee maker!) and they even had a tray of goodies upon arrival. I also liked the fact of the separate beach towels. I would certainly book again!

The cleaners come daily to bring fresh towels. The coffee capsule and chocolate bar is a nice touch for arrival. I was allowed to check in early which was fantastic and a great help

The location is good it’s near the beach, restaurant, supermarkets etc. but as a female solo traveller I didn’t feel safe at night therefore didn’t go out after sunset. The shower is tiny I’m small but if you weren’t you would struggle. The air con is extremely loud. The cleaners set up outside the solo ground floor rooms so the noise is chronic from early hours. Altogether the noise from 6:30am onwards was not okay and it was difficult to sleep. The dishes in the cupboard were not clean, the shower was grim, the soap in the shower kept leaking, the shower doors were faulty, the cooking hob didn’t work when I brought it to the staff attention they didn’t have much to say or do to sort the issue.

central located, the internet was fast, room cleaning service available everyday, air conditioning in the room, very friendly staff, easy to check in and out, 24 hour reception, hot water without problem, a small kitchen and a private bathroom, cutlery and cooking plates even a microwave (basically everything you need) available in the room, comfortable lightning

the double size bed is basically two small beds joined together, a bit uncomfortable but i guess it’s like this everywhere
