The villa was amazing, better than we expected from looking at the pictures, it was clean and tidy and had everything we needed, the hosts left us essentials, which was great as we had a late flight. We also had a late flight out, and they were kind enough to let us have a later check out! I would highly recommend, me and 6 other members of my family have an amazing time. We did drive so we could visit other areas, but there was a lovely fish and chip shop/bakery just down the road. They do amazing bacon Barms. Also legend bar was in walking distance for lovely food and drink and entertainment.

There was nothing we didn't like about the villa. It was perfect for us all very spacious.

The location was very good. It’s a 10 minute slow walk into Coral Bay along the main road or a 15 minute walk down along the coastal road. Rooms were of a good size and everything we needed was there. Theo was fantastic. There was a basic welcome pack and any minor repairs that were required were attended to quickly. Sheets and towels were changed weekly and Villa cleaned. A sunset to die for can be watched every evening from the large balcony as the suns falls into the ocean. A great place to be and we are already in discussions about our next holiday.

We were very happy with the villa. This is not a complaint but if we could change anything it would be the BBQ to a traditional style as this would have encouraged us to eat in more and get that holiday villa feeling. Of course that is a personal preference and not a criticism. The road is quite near and can be a little busy and a nearby quad/buggy hire place can be active prior to the users leaving for the day. This didn’t bother us though and we never raised this with Theo.

The villa was exactly as described and was very well equipped. Towels and linen were also changed during our stay. A great location, quiet away from the strip but only a 10 min walk to the beach.

A very small thing but some courtesy hand soap in the bathrooms would have been a nice gesture and appreciated.
