Excellent environment

Central location.

Disabled guest put in room uo three flights of steps, slippery in wet weather. Despite request to change, nothing happened. In-house Japanese restaurant was disappointing, overpriced. Noisy and boisterous wedding celebration on arrival took over all facilities and public areas. Guests came second. Booked airport transport didn't arrive. Two of us sharing a room, but with one key and one towel.

The hotel layout and location are excellent and the staff were very helpful.

The accessways to the rooms are shabby, and there was no elevator, so checking in and out with heavy luggage wasn’t ideal. The bathroom in my room was in a poor state.

I like the fact that it is located by the beach and in the CBDC easily accessible to main business centers in Honiara. However, the facilities need a major face lift.

The facilities are old and need major renovations to commensurate the value of the money.

Very comfy room with great air conditioning, even during the power outages.

Excellent service, extremely helpful and friendly staff that made me feel as if I was right at home from the first day.

Have stayed here many times in the past, but no maintenace has not been done for a long time, so general facilities are tired and dirty
