the noise from the pub in the room. The pub food was terrible

Room was great and warm, very peaceful

I didn't know there were upstairs rooms, as we were on a 2 week holiday our bags were to heavy to get up the stairs

I didn't have breakfast. I thought the location was good and the food was good.

There wasn’t much we didn’t like, would have liked to see information in our rooms on the amenities like the different dining options, so we could have made a dinner reservation, instead we drove for a while to get a nice feed. we got lunch for my daughter at the bistro and it tasted like old oil, she wouldn’t eat it.

bookings .com refused to accept my credit card, saying it had expired Its valid to 2024. a second attempt at the motel worked ,fortunately the same thing happened 3 months ago. Your computer system is less than perfect

The dinner in the bistro was really good. Really enjoyed the calamari. Nice view of the garden and lake from our room. Fairly basic room but clean and quiet apart from the heater.

Could have done with more milk, maybe some bikkies, tissues, and an extra couple of wine glasses. The heater was very noisy. We were supposed to get 10%off our meal as we were guests, but not offered to us. $50 for late checkout is a bit rich we thought.
