Great location only took 2 and half hours door to door from England,Aravis minibus from Geneva airport to La Clusaz great, all very easy to get around ,love the Ski Shuttle bus free buses,food ,cheeses ,cows and sheep in the square,free glass of hot red wine ,Pancakes and Waffles from the little van at the bottom of the Square,Ski lockers great ,ski lifts great all great Thankyou.

We didnt ski all the slopes so we do not know what the other mountain ski runs are like.

Friendly and helpful staff . Room cleaned every day. Clean towels etc. Bus stop right outside Hotel. This was a free bus around the resort

Very nice location right on the mountainside with cows w cowbells and fantastic views of the mountains. Excellent breakfast in original French way.

Staff were excellent and helpful. Location was great if, like us, you appreciate a quieter holiday destination with great views of the mountain. Access to the slopes was great and local bus service very reliable.

Not so much a “not like” but a pointer for people booking this hotel and planning to rely on the local/ski bus; worth considering/asking for full board when you book as there are few restaurants in the nearby village (but they are very good) and the bus service from town stops at 1935.
