Two very strong points, the attention and the quietness, its on a place thats not bothered by the music from the bars and such but not so far you cant reach those kinda places walking, all staff is very kind specially the owner, fair prices and spacious bedrooms.

Something that could be improved is that it doesnt sell any food, but since its kinda close to the restaurants its not a big issue, other than that i was pretty nice and a great place to chill by the pool and such.

Poor service, the air conditioner plus payment only after arriving even though the price is expensive per night, and there is no answer from the owner of the hotel, in addition to a towel that I lost at the hotel they charged me for it, lack of services .

We had such a lovely time at this hostel! The staff were so sweet and friendly - it’s family owned and in a great location - in between la punta and central.

Staff was very nice, the room was simple but clean and efficient. The hotel is located at the end of the Zicatela beach, so it’s calm and quiet.

They had a really nice pool in front of my room, as there was not many people it felt like it's my private pool. Room was specious.

Room was quite dark, something could be done with lightning. Somehow I felt that the administration could have been more friendlier, but maybe those are only my expectations.

But the worst staff ever... The staff which is one family doesn’t let you listen to music, you’re not allowed to be on the terrace for no reason and you have to leave your keys at the reception Never had such an experience like that

The staff were really helpful and polite, easy to check in and check out. Good value for money and only about a 5 minute walk to the beach and main road with restaurants and cafes.
