Maison principale - 4 chambres, 2 au premier étage (King et Queen) et 2 au deuxième étage (4 Twins et 1 Queen). Deux salles de bains, une au premier étage et une au deuxième étage Cottage - à seulement 25 mètres derrière la maison principale. Dispose de deux chambres, 2 lits queen, une salle de bain, cuisine et salle familiale. Équipements - 6 personnes HOT TUB. Vaste espace de vie avec cuisine récemment rénovée avec plusieurs coins salons, un coin repas et un espace familial, un foyer double face, un porche avant, un porche arrière avec moustiquaire, une grande cour avec un énorme ensemble de jeux, une salle de jeux avec une machine d'arcade, un baby-foot, du gaz Grill, air central, laveuse et sécheuse et lave-vaisselle Proximité de l'accès au lac Michigan - environ 100 mètres de la rue Berrien Accès à la plage. Le seul accès à la plage à Union Pier qui n'a pas besoin d'escalier pour se rendre à la plage. Occupants maximum - 14 Cette propriété tentaculaire est située en face des propriétés en bord de mer d'Union Pier. Cette maison est proche de plusieurs belles plages du lac Michigan et à trois pâtés de maisons du cœur du centre-ville de Union Pier. Un éventail de villes et d'activités de Harbor Country sont à une courte distance en voiture. Le grand ensemble de jeu en bois est un succès auprès des enfants, et une grande zone de foyer dans la cour arrière pour les feux de camp nocturnes. We loved our time here! The house is clean and spacious. It is filled with thoughtful details that made our stay extra special! The house is steps away to the beach and the house has wagons, chairs and beach toys which was wonderful! The host is so responsive and accommodating. We cannot wait to come back again!

The house(s) easily hosted our family of 7. We especially noted, and appreciated, how thoughtfully stocked the house was with every supply that we needed, aside from food course, but there were chips and salsa waiting for us. It sits on a prime spot in the heart of Union Pier with a lovely beach pretty much across the street. Final kudos to the super fire pit.

We were looking for a rental for 10 family members and were so happy to find Tim's house! You can often find rental with enough beds but not enough common space - and this was an exception to that. The open floorplan gave us more than enough room to spread out while all being together. It was beautiful and comfortable and close the beach. Plus a lovely and enormous yard, fire pit and hot tub. Absolutely recommend!

We enjoyed staying at this spacious, clean home. The yard with its gigantic lawn and playground was perfect for the kids. A wonderful screened in porch was perfect for meals. The location is amazing just steps from the beach- many great beach supplies were available to us. We hope to be back again.

Our family had such an amazing stay at this home. Check-in was easy, the owner was thoughtful and accommodating, and the property was incredibly clean and comfortable. It felt like our home away from home with everything we needed. Short walk to a pristine beach and the home included beach chairs, wagons, coolers, and water toys which was great for our large group with kids. I would highly recommend this home and hope to return in the near future.

Really lovely house that was prefect for our group of 12. Full kitchen, hot tub and fire pit and lots of comfy couches and a nice big dining table made the stay really comfortable. The only thing we didn't love was the there was construction happening literally right outside the windows. It wasn't a huge issue, and not something that really impacted out stay, but good to be aware of for anyone considering.

This is a great home to create memories in. The home provides a variety of amenities for the beach & at the house for families to spend time together. Everything is as pictured online. Found that all of the previous reviews for the home were also very accurate for a great stay. Great home for all ages and plenty of space to spread out for large families. This house and separate cottage was clean, comfortable and had all the amenities to make our Thanksgiving stay lovely in Union Pier! Our host, Tim, gifted us a thoughtful basket of food products that are special/local to Michigan. We used the hot tub daily, made cozy fires both inside and outside, took daily walks by the lake/beach, and even saw the sunset. We sipped lattes at the coffee shop around the corner from the property, and drove a short distance for some shopping. The home had all the kitchen items to prep our Thanksgiving meal. Many special memories were made! We loved our time in Union Pier! Thanks, Tim!

We gathered 4 couples for a weekend away in Union Pier, MI. This property was excellent! Everything was clean, and there was plenty of space to gather inside and outside. When we had questions, the owners were easy to contact via text during the weekend and very kind in their responses. The beach was so close with allowed easy access. The neighborhood was quiet in the fall, which was so nice. We will definitely be staying here again.

We were looking for a rental to support our extended family if nine for a nice weekend. We found exactly what were looking for. It was very clean, well stocked w bath towels, toiletries and full kitchen accessories. We were also treated to a welcome pack of goodies to satisfy our sweet tooth which was a very nice touch. I have never been so impressed with a property, down to every detail.
Tim, the owner/manager was so communicative and kind! Upon entering the home, there was a s'more bar set up for us, that we used at the fire pit that night (he even had firewood ready for us to use!) There were towels, beach chairs, floats, a wagon, pack n plays... he has everything.
Not to mention the LOCATION. You can walk to the market/coffee shops and it is a 1 minute walk to the beach, about 3 houses down.
There were 10 adults and 5 babies, enough room for everyone to stay/sleep and lounge around and play. We cannot wait to come back and stay next year!!

For a large family, this was a beautiful home with 4 bedrooms and a 2 bedroom cottage out back with a kitchen. We enjoyed the whirlpool hot tub and making smores around the fire pit. Then enjoyed the friendly walk 3 houses down to the sandy trail leading to the beach. Fun, relaxing, and memories made.

This property is conveniently located to all of our favorite spots in Harbor Country--especially the beach. Lots of room for family dinners and an hour around the campfire after watching the sun go down at the beach. The house had all the utensils and dishes we needed. Also well stocked with supplies. The kids ran wild at night chasing fireflies. Tim is great!

Union Pier Family Gathering
We had a great stay. The large open living room/ dining room in the main house was great for our large gatherings while the cottage house was a great place for one family to sleep and spend their mornings. The large lot and play set was great for the kids to run around and get their exercise when they were not at the beach. We used the gas grill for a few dinners and the fire pit for smores. Great location near the public beach and close the good restaurants and pizza. Owner was very helpful and responsive. We would go back to these units if we head up that way again for a family get-together.

The house was steps from the beach and walkable to nice shops. A huge plus was being able to bring our dog! Tim's communication was excellent. We had a minor hiccup, but Tim went above and beyond to resolve the issue which was much appreciated.

We had an excellent stay at this property. The location is just a 2 min walk to a large beach, and the large yard / coach house were a perfect addition for keeping kids entertained when not at the beach.

Fantastic Cozy Weekend Home
Our group had such a great time at Tim's house. It was well stocked, super clean, cozy and a great location. Tim went above and beyond to make sure that we had everything we needed for our weekend. He is extremely kind, accessible and genuinely wanted us to enjoy our weekend away. We hope to rent Tim's house again in the future for sure!
