The bed was surprisingly comfortable and I had a good nights sleep. The room was basic but clean. The shower had good water pressure. The staff were pleasant. More suited to backpacker accommodation if it was cheaper.

The bathroom was grim and dark with old, stained fittings. The sink had no plug and I found a used soap in the shower. The water kept fluctuating between hot and cold. The tv didn't work well with only 2 watchable channels and poor sound. There was no security chain on the door. The property is being marketed as refurbished but there was little evidence of this. Far too expensive for what you get.

The location to the hospital was good

The entry way was littered with cigarette butts, there was a use bath mat hanging in the bathroom, there were wads of toilet tissue in the soap holder in the shower. The air conditioner swing flap was black and the filter also. The day was cold but no way was the airconditioning being turned on. The people in the room next door were walking in and out of their rooms with lit cigarettes. I can not rate the comfort of the bed as we did not stay. With a prime location as you have to hospital and the number of regional people needing services like rooms, while they have loved ones in hospital, you are on a gold mine IF it were clean. My daughter needed additional 5 days accommodation but I booked elsewhere for her due to the state of uncleanliness inside and out.

The quilt cover and blankets had stains on them. The motel room at the end of the property had rubbish strewn all over the car park out the front. It was disgusting.

Rude staff, tired run down building, needs a general freshen up. Noisy, large bins being moved about very early, no consideration for guests. Photo copied licence and credit card, both sides of both.

The plates and cups were dirty. There was no knife

the sheets were not on the bed properly the power point at bed in wrong location. had to move the bed to use it. One bedside lamp the huge step to use the bathroom ...lucky we didnt fall in or out. felt like it was dangerous.
