The conveniences especially the in-room washing machine and microwave oven! The hotel allowed us to leave our luggage with them both before check in and after check out as we arrived earlier than check in time and left later than check out. They even brought our bags up to our room when we finally checked in. Very efficient and considerate. While the room doesn’t have the usual “mini bar” coffee and tea, you can pick those up in the reception lobby. The fridge in the room was also cold - something most mini fridges in hotels are not!

The room is best for single travellers. It is a little small but not smaller than most Tokyo hotels anyway and we expected it.

#1015 All I needed for one week, washing machine and microwave. Privacy is respected. Close to Shimbashi and Shiodome stations. Clean and quiet. Very good staff. Room/bathroom size is fair for Tokyo. I had a great stay, I will come back.

Needs a night table near the bed to put your stuff. The AC was a little cigarette smelly?? (Non smoking room)

Nice staff, clean room and facilities! Great to have a washer in the room, with detergent provided. In the lobby you can take some tea and other necessities, which was nice. Location is great, close to the station and to a street full of restaurants, convenience stores.

The shower was too low and bed was too small for my husband (184cm)

Prime location, close to 7/11, family mart and Shimbashi train station. Close to a street of lively restaurants. The best thing in our hotel room was the laundry/washing machine. It was perfect for our 4 night stay. Place was clean and design was modern. Really enjoyed our stay.

We love the washer and dryer! We choose this hotel because each room has a washer and dryer, and they provide the detergent for free! Walking to shimbashi station takes 5 or 6 minutes. The hotel locates in business area, and most guests are business travelers, not tourists. We feel quiet at night becuase we can't hear noises from other rooms. Breakfast is delicious although the dishes is the same everyday. Staff are friendly and helpful.

housekeeping quality was low, did not do basic cleaning or tidy of the room. only replenish the towels each day. toilet had a bad smell. overall abit dated.

Room was smaller than expected. Distance is little further from train station which may not be suitable for family with many luggage.
