Location was fine
Too much money for a pretty ordinary room

Nothing poor location,
No hot water, cars reving motors at 1.00am permanent residents with kids screaming in the middle of the night worse night sleep I have ever had

Comfortable bed, clean, quite, friendly, plenty of hot water, very pleasant
Heavy use of bleach, the smell of it was overpowering, had to leave doors and windows open for ages to ease the smell, our eyes were watering but it proved the cleaning was top notch

Room was spacious and bed comfortable. Owner was pleasant and helpful .Slightly older motel , but very clean and well appointed. Would definitely stay there again.

The car park for the room was terrible. No good if you suffer from cynophobia as there is dog running around, not leashed.
