Prompt check-in, professional staff

There was a noise of water flowing through pipes from time to time, presumably every time after the toilet was used by a neighbor, so sadly I had a sleep with several wake-ups.

The room was very clean as well as the hotel in general. The room had curtains which blocked the sun. The room had wooden floors. The furniture was fairly new. Good position (except the beach), near Mamaia’s Casino. Free parking was available.

At night there were a lot of bugs on the balcony but the hotel staff most likely knew about this as in the morning they were dead (assuming various pesticides were used), and, after letting them know, the balcony was cleaned during the day. This process was repeated for a few days, until near the end of my stay, there were way less bugs. Also there was a problem with the sewer system, as most of the time there was an awful smell in the hotel lobby, and rarely in the room’s bathroom. The beach placed in front of the hotel was “remade” and extended a while ago and the sea is pretty far off. The worst part is that in this process sand was barely used, and the beach is composed mainly of “land with shells”.

Music very loud from clubs nearby !! To much..3.30 in the morning...still very loud ...very annoing !!!

Polite & helpful staff; pleasant atmosphere & design; nice room with a balcony with not so nice view; spotless clean; good location with various restaurat and cafe options at the doorstep; beach nearby (not the best beach tho)

100% overpriced; no wifi in the rooms; no socket in the bathroom; tiny TV;
