The owner of Sea View House Olja employs a property manager who met our taxi at the main car park and took us to the apartment by electric golf cart (cars aren't allowed in many parts of the old town). The property had a lovely homely feel and was tastefully decorated. We had sea views from three separate balconies. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have slept in.

Sea View House Olja has an upstairs bedroom and the space taken up by the stairs meant that there was little spare space to store bags, clothes and cases.

Apartment and location were excellent. Property managers were nice and helpful as well

It needs to be stated clearly in the listing that they expect you to pay in cash.

We had an amazing stay of 2 weeks in this lovely little house! Despite the very central location in the old center, it is very quiet, it is only a few steps from the church, very close to bars, restaurants, fish and vegetable market and a rocky beach. The appartment is charmingly and tastefully furnished, the matress quality is excellent and the air conditioning is very good and quiet. Internet connection was also strong. We enjoyed a lot the main big terrrace opening from the living room/kitchen on ground floor which is very private and has sea view (also a nice palm tree). Upstairs there is another beautiful terrace from the bedroom with even better view and a comfortable sun bed. We felt warmly welcomed by Milo and Andrea, and we got great help to find a parking and transfer from the parking with a golf cart. Rovinj is a lovely old fishing town, with beautiful little stores in the old center and lots of great restaurants. We just fell in love with Rovinj a few years ago and we we will keep coming back again. Thank you again for hosting us in this wonderful place

Everything is perfect at sea view house olja!! Milovan was easy to reach, friendly and competent as always. We love this little house in the center of Rovinj!! And again very big THANK YOU to Nino... Due to Austrian travel restrictions because of Covid19 we had to cancel two nights. Nino was very fair and we didn't have to pay for the nights we couldn't stay. He didn't have to do this! So, we can truly recommend this accommodation! And we will definitely come back, when it is safe to travel again. We love Rovinj and it wouldn't be the same without Sea View House Olja! Thank you! This is a drop-dead gorgeous apartment. I would absolutely stay here again. It's beautifully decorated, down to the details, has two outdoor balconies where you can sit outside and enjoy the view (yes, you can see the water.) Filled with light, spotlessly clean, beautifully set up. The air conditioning worked really well, I was very comfortable. The location is great, although it's a bit of an uphill haul to get there. Just a few steps from the cathedral at the top of the hill and amazing swimming off the rocks. Quiet location. If you are on your honeymoon, stay here.

I wish the apartment manager could have met me closer to the bus station or even the main town square. I was traveling with a small group, and luckily, one of the apartment managers for others in the group was able to point me in the right direction. Until you know where to go in Rovinj, it's a bit of a maze, and the apartment entry is hidden just below the street. Getting to the apartment is an uphill climb over very bumpy stones. A few other things that could make this wonderful apartment even better: A railing on the stairs would be great, as the bedroom is upstairs and the bathroom is downstairs, and the stairs are dangerous, especially at night. Also, for the price, I think there should be a washing machine. An apartment near the beach without a washing machine? And last, it's nuts to have to pay in cash--who carries around that much cash when traveling? I've stayed in Booking.com apartments in various parts of the world, I don't know why so many in Croatia require a payment in cash.

Lovely apartment in the old town with two terraces with sea views. Close to lots of lovely restaurants and bars.

The stairs up to the bedroom would have been difficult for anyone with mobility problems.
