1) Прекрасный вид из отеля на море, закат, заход в море очень хорошо сделан, плавать очень понравилось, много зелени на территории отеля 2) Прекрасные хозяева, приятно пообщаться, стараются помочь в любом вопросе. 3) Вкусная кухня при отеле. 4) Хороший бассейн. 5) Прекрасный сервис в ресторане 6) До Города ходят автобусы за 12 лир каждый час.15 мин занимает дорога.

1) Очень жесткая кровать, тяжело уснуть. 2) Вино не вкусное, если брать бокал. 3) Завтраки неплохие, но восторга не испытал в сравнении с другими отелями. 4) Выход в море не подойдёт для новичков 5) Хорошая слышимость в номерах Еда в ресторане отеля дороже чем в городе, но это скорее плата за вид на море.

Hotel is located in great place, with perfect sea view from room and area around. Very nice for romantic trip. Service and breakfast was great

Bed provided was not king/queen size, but 2 beds combined together. That was a problem to sleep together, as eventually you get gap between what is uncomfortable

Beautiful spot on the tip of the Kas peninsula. Family run, with smiles and professionalism. Big breakfast. Clear, warm blue Mediterranean seas.

The access to the sea is the best for this hotel. It seems like a family run hotel and everyone is very friendly. They made some Chinese cuisine for my breakfast which is very kindly though I did not miss Chinese food so much yet.

1. The bed is consists of two single bed which is not very nice to a solo traveller. 2. The swimming pool open hours are too short. I wish I had the time to enjoy it. 3. The dinner is recommended by the staff, main is lamb. It turns out to be 40 euro when I checked out. A little bit too high for me. 4. Not very convenient to the town.

location at end of peninsula - it was fantastic. Osman and the rest of the family are amazing! We had a car, steep old hill to get down, and made it very easy to pop into Kas centre.

If you are reading this and wondering (like we were) whether to stay in Kas town or on the Peninsula, definitely stay on the Peninsula and book Sunset Villa Hotel. The sea views from your bed every morning, the private access to the open sea for a morning swim, and the unbeatable sunset location was reason enough to be happy with our decision, but the real special touch here is the staff, service and the food! As a family-run small business, they take pride in everything they do and the attention to detail for the delicious feast of a breakfast, and the wonderful fresh sea bass dinner we had at the hotel restaurant was our favourite dining in Turkey. Onur would take particular consideration to explain the produce, the process of preparing it, and even one morning, served goat and sheep cheese especially for us (as I had mentioned I couldn’t eat cow cheese!). We looked forward to returning to the hotel every day to see the family who were all so warm, friendly and attentive - we were sad to leave and can’t wait to return. We have family and friends visiting in September and have already told them all about Sunset Villa Hotel. We had rented a scooter which we recommend to be able to visit the surrounding areas!
