Nice room, spacious and there was good sea view. Comfortable bed. Good service by the staff.

The drinks were not good and the variety was limited considering the all-inclusive package.

The room was a great size with a lovely view. Lots of bars and snack bars. The lobby bar open 24hr which was great! Food was nice and lots of variety. Staff couldn’t have been more welcoming and accommodating. Lots of activities, and it was so much fun. The entertainment was also really good.

Had to get a shuttle to the beach but this wasn’t really an issue for us, just something to note.

Hotel very clean, food amazing and entertainment team create a great atmosphere! We booked as a last minute getaway and was very pleasantly surprised as reviews were mixed. Not a bad word to say about this hotel, would 110% recommend.

Wi-Fi could of been better, noise at night but to be expected in such a big hotel!

Arriving at the hotel, we were politely welcomed and taken to our rooms. Ours was ok, could have been cleaned better, but was fine. The pool and the water facilities were great, they were clean and were entertaining for the kids. The food was great, there was a great variety of different foods ( veggies, cheese, meat, starters, side dishes and main). It was well prepared and different every day, the deserts were ok as well. The beach was ok, it was a bit dirty, but the water was very clean and nice to slim in. Lastly the Turkish restaurant is fantastic. The food was traditionally prepared and very tasty and the staff was great.

The main thing that we did not like at all, was the fact that the windows were not sound proof at all. It was aways very noisy and in the evening was quite absurd, because there were different shows each day, that continued till 11-11:30pm and it was pretty much as if you are downstairs. And on Booking it says that the rooms are sound proof. The drinks they offer especially the orange juice us a very poor quality and at the breakfast they offer freshly squeezed orange juice which you have to pay for. Also the Italian restaurant is awful. The salads were not freshly made or the salad itself was old and not fresh at all. The risotto was overcooked and the tiramisu was more like a cheese cake. We had a nice time overall, but it is not a place were I would like to go back again.

the dinner wasn’t so fresh , food quality was below average but they have a very tasty sweets on dinner some people reserve sun beds in the very early morning, you should search a place for you and some times you won’t find ! maybe because we were in the high season and the hotel was full

Plenty of entertainment and activities for the kids and adults. Entertainment crew were great!

water cut off for 6 hours in afternoon towels wasn't enough launch and dinner time is too short beach was accessible only for 6 hours in day (daylight was 13 hours) staff and specially reception weren't friendly and polite

Staff not very friendly, very arrogant, unprofessional and unhelpful. Particularly receptionists and bar personnel. There was no hot water and air conditioning for 6-7 hours, phoned receptionists to enquire unfortunately received arrogant and unapologetic responses. Once went to receptionists to enquire about changing currency, they spoke Turkish together talking about me, telling this guy is going to be a problem, they didn’t know I can understand Turkish.

Great place to have summer vacation for families. We had a lot of fun, thanks to the friendly and helpful staff!

Just about people was making rooms noieses

it was excellent stay. we booked a room with sea view and view was really awesome. personal was friendly, lot's of smile from them everywhere. variety of food was good, - meat, fish vegy and other, espessialy we liked pizza in bar near the pool. waffle time is realle good idea, smells very very nice, you couldn't refuse. the beach was clean and had snacks bar. and some days there was a live music with guitar, men sing very nice, we enjoyed it even from our balcony

just beach far away, it will be better to add to bus schedule more routes, such as at 9 a.m. and maybe each half of hour also some people occupy sunbeds from early morning, sometimes at 8 a.m there wasn't avaliable sunbeds, and this people didn't use it during a day. we could't find available beds sometimes

Very average quality lunch in the main restaurant. Extremely poor internet connection in the bar and restaurant areas (but fine elsewhere.) Cold drink option at breakfast buffet are limited to sugary fruit drinks and real juice options were missing (unless you pay and waitttt for the fresh squeezed orange juice!).

good value for a one bedroom with a private balcony overlooking the sea. it’s nice that meals and drinks were included and they have a shuttle to a private beach— even had food and drinks there too. had a taxi stand that we took to ladies beach and pigeon island. all the taxis were about 5euro to most places whether coming from the hotel or in town.

rooms weren’t sound proof, but not paper thin either. I’m a light sleeper and I didn’t lose any sleep. Food for a little repetitive and could tell they were using leftovers at breakfast. Turkish dinner was the best. could use a little more options with their drinks.
