Hotel is close to city center, 10 min walk. The bar looks great, super nice view, lunch food was good and the view from the room is stunning. Pool is clean, warm water. Parking was big and we found empty place everytime, however it's ground, not asphalt in there so you need to be careful where you drive. WiFi worked also pretty well. Bed were super wide and very comfy Rooms are big, the view is stunning. Sunsets are lovely in there.

Lighting a bit poor. The walls in the room should be refreshed/ painted and breakfast more various. Staff services could be quicker, sometime we had to wait a long time until our order was picked. Also, not all of them speak English which makes communication a bit more difficult. Indeed there are party every nights until 12:30 AM, nice atmosphere with Turkish music only, but it was not a problem for us as we were coming back at the hotel at that time. However, for travelers with children or for those ones that usually go to bed early, this is not definitely not a good option at all .

we stayed at this hotel for 5 nights. breakfast was good, location is very central and the pool and bar is nice and clean.

rooms are very old. hot water was not hot, only couple outlets are working, boiling kettle was broken, we had no power for 3 hours. the worst part is that every single night there’s loud music from restaurant and bar which makes you very uncomfortable. there’s no privacy. the first night there was a wedding and the whole restaurant was closed, plus every night there’s DJ and loud music which you can’t go to sleep,

lovely view and lovely area, very close to bars and restaurants but wish I got a different hotel!!

air conditioning wasn’t working properly. toilet stinks off eggs every time you turn the water on. we had a sandy floor from the beach. beds were getting made everyday but the sand wasn’t brushed up for 4 days. supposed to be a relaxing quiet hotel. they had a club set up in the hotel grounds blasting until 3:30am. staff were rude and always saying they had no change to give you after buying drinks at the pool. trying to get an extra 10lira.

Here we go : Entrance to the hotel was very dangerous , taxis had to stop on a steep hill , getting in and out of cars was hazardous. Music at pool bar (only bar) started at 8.30pm until 12.30am , increased in decibel level and increased in volume until parts of the building were vibrating ( I have two noise recordings to demonstrate this ) . No variation in type of music played , seems to cater to young local population only . When complaining about this to management , they were rude and arrogant, and walked away from my friend . As a result of this we left the hotel EVERY NIGHT , where usually we would stay in the hotel at least 4 or 5 nights of the two weeks to socialise . A lot of other IRISH PEOPLE also complained , and were met with ABUSE from management. Cleanliness in common areas and walkways was extremely poor. We had to request a change of room when we arrived , as room was filthy , walls were dirty etc , staff did not seem to be bothered in any way . Hotel could do with modernisation , and at least repainting. Lighting in walkway areas was very unsafe , intermittent. WOULD NEVER STAY IN THIS HOTEL EVER AGAIN, AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE ! Hotel website gives a very different impression of what greets you on arrival .

The location was very good. Its near the city centre. Good view of the sea.

The pictures do not show that the hotel is near a busy road. Most of the staff couldn't really speak english. The front door was crooked so it didn't shut properly. Also had holes in the walls in the room we got. Although the place does like the pictures, the room we got was pretty old. So that was a bit disappointing

The air condition was not working for a couple of days. It was fixed afterwards. They have really loud music every night 22:00-01:30. The room was not very clean.

Breakfast was very poor, no fruit, juice cats eating from the buffet breakfast no staff present, no cups, sometimes no spoons plates not clean, The corridors were dirty. The major problem was the VOLUME of late night music, outside pool area till after 1am. I moved 3x rooms being promised each time it was a quiet room eventually i paid to stay 2 nights in another hotel just to get some sleep 😓exhausted and longing for a quiet night's sleep

Perfect location, you could walk or bus into centrum. View from our room was outstanding. Pool area was lovely and clean.

When we arrived at our room there were dirty food trays with half finished food on plates by the door on the landing which took 24 hours to be moved after asking several times, so not a good first impression!!! Man at reception was quite curt when we politely asked trays to be moved. Unfortunately he wasn't very helpful. The hotel is very clean but very tired and could do with a lick of paint. Breakfast was adequate but for me lacked the option of fresh fruit so i had bread and jam every morning. There was loud music most nights so if noise bothers you it could be a problem although it didn't bother us. After all this said I would return to the Carina!1

One of my t-shirts got swapped for a fake t-shirt, a very bad fake ha, it was one of my t-shirts that I did not wear, so it never left my room, so someone with access to my room swapped it.

Breakfast was continental just fine boiled eggs etc Room very comfy just needed a paint. very comfortable nice bathroom n view of the pool n bar area. Staff were great I left my hoodie n phone in bar and they were in reception next day. Fab. cleaners came regularly so left tip.

the only problem was the lift not working but staff was absolutely brilliant and changed our room from the 3rd floor to the 1st floor, they wore extremely helpful!

Sea view, big windows. Sleeping zone is ok, bed is comfortable, breakfast is good. Room is warm, clean, quite space, nicely decorated, could be used in winter period. Staff polite and helpful. Internet available in the room.

Furniture is tired. Sink is clogged. It is noisy, you can hear each and every neighbor rooms. “Soundproofing” doesn’t save from outside noise as well. Even in winter time there are some entertaining evens which hasn’t exact finishing time, so you may hear music till 1 o’clock easily.

The location was good. The bed was comfy. Having a TV with international channels. Nice bathroom with hot water.

Having a single bed when I had booked a double.

This is the worst place to stay at. I had written a review earlier highlighting the hotel staff's behaviour and facilities and in response the hotel came back making racist remarks against my country India. Since booking.com doesn't allow to reply to a response given by the hotel, they asked me to delete the review and write a new one. So for all those who have read my earlier review (and for new people reading this), below are some of the points you should note before booking this hotel which has absolutely pathetic, unprofessional and racist people forming a part of their team. 1. We had booked this place through booking.com and were asked to pay 66 euros at the hotel during check in. When we checked in late at night (given that we flew out from cappodicia to Istanbul then layover there then to Izmir and then a bus ride to kusadasi) we paid the hotel (an absolutely rude lady who was at the reception) 66 euros, with 65 euros in cash and 1 euro in coin. To this the lady created a fuss about how she cannot accept 1 euro in coin (for what joy and reason only she knows - because we have paid in euros in coins throughout turkey without any fuss whatsoever) and then insisted we pay her in lira. Given that we had accounted for payment in euros and didn't have so much liras on us, and that we had a long day of travel and had reached only in the night we requested her to give us sometime to settle in the room and then come down and pay her....to which she initially flatly refused (i haven't come across a single hotel in the entire turkey who has behaved so unreasonable with us) and then after much Insistence agreed to give us only "10 mins" to go to our room, freshen up, decide on how we wanted to make our payment (which btw was all her doing because we had exact euros change to give her which she didn't want to accept).

the room with the view was the best part about this hotel. The hotel is close to everything in Kusadasi - beach & restaurants both. rooms were big and beds were comfortable

breakfast was mediocre didn’t have much option. the road gets very noisy at night due to cars & bikes, iu the ac wasnt working we complained but nobody changed the room it was winters so it wasn’t a big deal but still. rooms dont have electric kettle

It was exactly how they showed us in the picture, room was pretty spacious and clean. Also, you get mini bus outside the hotel and that was very convenient. Service can be improved though.

There was a terrible stork and flooding but the staff were running around trying to keep the customers happy. Electricity cut out but generator kicked in and WiFi came back quickly. Not many guests but restaurant was open
