The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. All the amenities are new. You can find a toaster, a conventional coffee machine, and one for capsules. Our room was located on the first floor, with a separate entrance from the outside. It has a main part where you find the spacious living area with a well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, with large and comfortable beds. The views are amazing as you see the town lights dazzling at night. The property is located close to Mottolino Station and cross-country running tracks, but not as close to being reached on foot conveniently, it is better to take a bus. The bus stop is just across the street. The area is quiet and calm. There is a garage where you can leave the car, a separate ski room, and a parking place outside the building. The whole property is peaceful. The owners live in the place and are absolutely charming, helpful, and easy to reach.

If you have a large car it is not easy to fit in to the garage. But there is plenty of space outside.

We had 2 rooms booked. One of them was pretty fine (downstairs), the other was rather disappointing. It was dark, tight, made of stairs. Not enough lights. The location was not as mentioned on the offer at booking.com, we thought it would be close to a ski lift (150m indicated), instead it was 650m and we had to climb down and up. Ski bus only going one way. Definitely not what we expected.

One of the bedrooms is smaller without any cabinet. On the other hand there is enough space in the second bedroom.

The apartment that we had, apartment 1, was very spacious and well equipped. Everything in the apartment is almost new and everything you need is provided for. The garage for the car, ski equipment locker, the kitchen, rooms and bathroom were all excellent. There is a nice view of the valley and the bus stops are 2 minutes away.
