This was our second stay at this lovely apartment and we loved it (in spite of the Cornish rain!). The host provides a lovely welcome pack, and the apartment has everything you could possibly need for a great stay. We enjoyed watching the sunsets and high tides from the balcony. Beds are very comfortable, and the kitchen equipped with everything we needed. The parking is also really convenient.

Great location and outlook. Modern, clean, and well furnished apartment. Cream tea and other cornish produce in welcome pack. Good secure parking. Hostess, Emma, was easily accessed by text / phone and answered quickly. She was very helpful with recommendations.
Shower was rather small and not particularly user friendly. Toilet seat in main bathroom needs attention. But nothing detracts from overall impression of property.

The property was everything we hoped for and more. Small touches like arrival snacks and beach towels were really welcome. The balcony overlooking the river was lovely, and the apartment was very well equipped. We also hadn’t realised it had 2 bathrooms which was an added bonus.

The host was very thorough in her communication. I highly appreciated her gesture to put in a cot for my child in one of the rooms and also keep some toys for my kids. The accommodation is one for which your friends would envy you! It is on the banks of the Camel river and has a balcony looking into the river which is the best place in the property. Had an amazing experience soaking in the sun, looking at the river, enjoying the relaxing view of the beautiful bridge with some good wine and good company. Invaluable experience.

Modern, spacious, very clean and exceptionally well equipped. Centrally located for easy access to all parts of Cornwall. Convenient underground parking next to the apartment. Excellent communication with the property owner who was nice enough to welcome guests with a wonderful Cornish tea.

The apartment was immaculate and every facility and need was supplied.
Perfectly positioned along the side of the estuary (you could drop a coin into the water from the balcony) and literally a true 5 minute walk into the centre of Wadebridge to shops and restaurant's. Also provides a good central location to explore, not only Cornwall, but into Devon.
Will be returning as soon as possible-- cant wait
We genuinely could not fault anything (well the weather was little iffy straight after the storms, but made us explore more)

Lovely clean property overlooking the river, very close to the centre of Wadebridge with restaurants and pubs within walking distance. Secure parking under the property and the owner provided all the information we needed well before we arrived there. We would definitely stay there again.

Emma was very good at communication- the flat was immaculate and every detail had been thought of and more! Great location and secure parking was a bonus. Would highly recommend. I travelled with my mother (89) and it suited her too.

Myself and my husband had a fantastic stay at this property. It was fully equipped, very clean and had the perfect location. The views from the balcony are stunning and the cream tea on arrival was a lovely idea.
I would highly recommend this property and will most definitely be returning.

Awesome place, very nice arrangements- everything was perfect- kitchen, kitchenware, rooms, bathrooms all were perfect and very easy access from Garage

Beautiful apartment right on the river Camel with a lovely balcony.
In a perfectly central location and the town of wadebridge itself is lovely, wonderful shops and lovely people.
The apartment had everything you could need and more.
Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again
