We absolutely LOVED everything. On the property are 2 houses sharing 1 pool. We had the bigger house, which is beautiful, full kitchen, big TV, washing machine... Outside was a nice terrace with a new grill, big lawn, very well maintained pool area. Just steps from the ocean and about 7 min to the beach. Parking just in front of the house. Best part: dogs are allowed and the whole property is fenced.

11 on a scale of 10! We had seen this property when we walked through the nearby “glamping” park two years ago. Our first impression was that it was a beautiful, private family compound - manicured lawns and gardens, immaculate pool, native stone houses and walls. When we discovered it on booking.com, we reserved it as soon as we could return to Istria. Our experience inside exceeded our first impressions outside. From the warm welcome of our host, Bartolomeo until our final day, we were treated to luxuries large and small, from the spectacular coastal location to the smallest details in our kitchen and living spaces. Trust the photos – this property is one of the few that looks even better in person. We enjoyed late-season fruit from the trees in the yard and cycling along the shoreline with views of nearby Medulin. The kids spent hours in the playground right behind the house. Research the area before you book. From the Roman colosseum of Pula to the cliffs of Cape Kamenjak, the possibilities for discovery and enjoyment by all ages are endless. Bartolomeo even gave us a brief tour of the Medulin archipelago in his boat. Our only regret was that we could only stay for three days. Next time it will be two weeks!

Nicely spent holidays on Giardino Marino property. Inside, beautifull traditional stone house designed in modern way, great equiped, kitchen with all the facilitys you need for coocking. Outside is nice and clean pool, barbecue zone, terrace and beautiful garden with lot of plants and trees. There is a great sea wiew from the garden and from upper side of the property you can find open gym, kids playgroud for football, basketball and volleyball. Kids were amazed so as we. Host is polite and helpful. We felt like home, will be back.
