very spacious villa, 3 bathrooms are great for the amount of people in the Villa and cleaning them once a day was very helpful.
a lot of ants all over the house especially in the kitchen - asked a few to use anti-bugs spray but I think they don’t have any at all. also the pool not very clean.

Great location, fight next to the city center and close to the beach. great for families with kids.
The pool area is nice.
Construction was going on at the neighbor property.

Great location in Itacaré, beautiful houses and swimming pool. The host is very friendly.
The cleaning crew was not very nice. First day they did not clean because they said they were too busy. Second day they tried to come up with other excuses, so we had to call the management to get the house cleaned.

Complete house that is great for families or groups. Offers way more privacy than any hotel. If you intend to stay more than a weekend, but less than a month this is optimal.
