5min walk to the beach, close to supermarket, restaurants, bakeries, box garage. Dishwasher, place to hang clothes, all appliances in the kitchen. Large flat.

Extremely noisy, all day, only silent period was between midnight and 5.30am. We could hear the deliveries moving in the garage up to the café below the flat. We could hear everything in the building. Really bad insulation & construction. Not appropriate in our opinion for those who have babies and young children. We had a really hard time resting and sleeping, and our baby woke up a million times with the noise. Every day the front door of the building was closed the whole apartment would shake. The singles beds made a lot of noises. The shower tap has to be fixed. AC only in the living room. Bedrooms were really hot when 30 degrees outside, the portable AC it isn't feasible because you need to have the window open to allow for the AC tube extractor.
