Extraordinary ordinary holiday apartment! The location is really good, right in the middle of the historic city, close to the shops and restaurants. Even the bakery is a two minute walk up the street. But more importantly, Silvia is an amazing host. She went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We fell in love with Sessimbra, and when we come back, we will definitely try and come back to Blue Bay Beach Apartment

the stairs to the top floor might be a deterrent for some, as well as the suggested parking spot, blocks away from the apartment This may not be be the best pic for someone with mobility issues or heavy luggage.

Beautiful view, very conveniently located near restaurants, bakery and corner store. The beds were comfortable, the decor was nice and the unit was well equipped.

Other than a problem with the air-conditioning unit in the living room everything was good. There are also AC units in the bedrooms. The apartment is a 4 story walkup but we were prepared and only had in-flight luggage.

A very homely apartment, very well appointed and well proportioned rooms.

The only thing that was an issue was that it was on the 4th floor and no lift. the stairs were fairly narrow which made carrying suitcases up to the room challenging.

So beautiful apartment - furnished and done in perfect style. everything is new, clean and high quality. additionally perfect ocean view from big tartare.

Location, views and cleanliness.

There is no lift and it is 4th floor. Car park isn’t close to the build and it is really hard to find a space close to the build specially for the luggages. We had two bad experiences, one day there was no electricity which wasn’t the owner’s fault and it did come in the end of the day and on our last day it did leak water from the rain in the main bedroom on top of our bed and contacted the owner at 16h and she only replied at 21h saying it was too late to offer other solution and we should be glad for the price she made for us and we still had another bedroom when we have 2 kids.

Modern - very clean - great outside space - well equipped apartment.

Great property had no issues at all but a general information leaflet would be helpful with information about the appliances and just local info such as location of bins. No kettle ! only coffee maker 😔 maybe it’s a British necessity.
