The parking space specially the driveway going to the basement

The place was clean and fulfills our basic needs

The staff most especially the recep are not accommodating. We booked a room because we are part of the entourage of the bride, we know the check out time but the photos taking long. We asked if we can have a 1-2hr late check out just so we can leave properly, make sure that nothing is left behind, and we can use the lavatory.. They didn't agree, but after that they just gave us 30 mins and we only used that to pack in a haste, then go back to the photoshoot. Someone also called during the UNextended time reminding us that we need to check out, and someone knocked our door to check. This puts a pressure on us as they just wants us out.

I told the front desk that the TV in my room was not working and they did not fix it. I told the cleaning staff and they fixed it once, but after I turned off the TV, it came back.

Staff are so mabait & maalaga. I would like to commend Levi.

i requested for king bed but they gave me twin bed. after they rectified the situation, housekeeping forgot to give a blanket.

A+ customer service - attentive and prompt. Spacious room and comfortable bed. Tasty breakfast spread.
