The bed was great, the air-conditioner worked amazing, the shower was fantastic and the breakfast was great

The room needed an outlet on the side of each bed as well, not just in the middle of the two

the nicest thing about this hotel was the friendly cleaning lady, the rooftop pool (not the surroundings) and the fruits at the breakfast buffet

my room was incredibly humid so all my clothes were moist. after telling that to the reception they allowed me to change the room, however it was not any better. because of the moisture, the bed had an odd odor.

easy check in, good location, safe area

the room was not properly clean at my arrival, i called for fumigation, which never happened. the room across from mine had a dog that woke me up at 6:30AM. the gym to not good.

The room was beautiful, had a huge bed, some nice couch, a rain shower. There was even an iron to take care of my clothes. The mini bar was great. I truly loved it. Moreover, the roof top bar was excellent and probably one of the best of the whole town. When I arrived, one first league soccer team stayed at the hotel as well. Room service was awesome, laundry service was top. 100 % recommended!

Brilliant service and facilities, when a concierge learnt that I couldn't speak english, when he finished his shift he must have gone home and studied as the next day he greeted and tried to speak to me in english. That is commitment!!! His name is Daniel and he helped me so much he is a star!!!

the room had a must smell. the floor was damp and almost fell from the moisture in the room. the people on the same floor were blasting music and making noise. The hotel hallways dirty and no towels in the washrooms. Wifi did nit work properly.

The hotel is well located and the staff tries to do good things but has no criteria. The rooms design is good.

We took two rooms, when we arrived they were on floor No. 3 without remodeling, we began to notice a lot of deterioration in the facilities, the door frame was broken and it did not allow the door to be locked, the two refrigerators had strong blows, the The safe in one of the rooms was not working and since they could not fix it, they put another one, affecting the storage capacity of the closet. In one of the rooms there were ants in the drawers. The hotel is well located but it is very windy and the pool is on the top floor, which means that the water is always freezing and cannot be enjoyed by children. We asked for a soup that came from the other GHL that is nearby and they never answered in the restaurant, the people from the hotel told us that it was easier to eat in another ladao because the restaurant people did not like to answer the phone.
