Overall we have nothing but amazing things to say about this place. Perfect escape from reality, 10min walk from Mondello and 30mins from Palermo on the bus - Ideal for families. From the very beginning communication with Mario and Marianna was amazingly prompt and exactly what you need with 7 people travelling, all questions were answered and resolved where possible. Upon arrival we were welcomed by Marianna for check in and were presented with a fridge stocked with the essentials and we definitely thought that was a sweet touch. The property is great and really a pleasure to live in - we rented it for a week and were super impressed at the space and all rooms were comfortable, modern kitchen and plenty of spaces for you to enjoy as a family or on your own. The pool was so enjoyable, we hardly spent time inside. It was a dream to swim in and large enough to have everyone in enjoying the scorching sunshine and still manage a swim. The only comments we would have that is that for people with young families, you should be aware the pool is very deep - in some parts much deeper than 6ft so may be the depths should be displayed along the poolside for safety. We should also say that a warning should be made regarding the pool - if you have any swimwear that is either light in colour or patterned in light colours (Beware - they may be stained lime green and not come out even after a lot of washes) :( Although Marianna made the best efforts to get a maintenance crew out to us, we all came back with swimwear that is now tinged green. Lastly like other have commented previously this property is only 4 bedrooms and not 6 (as the apartment is separate to the house). In conclusion though we wouldn't hesitate in recommending this place or coming back for another stay so if you're looking for a relaxing Sicilian break - Look no further! :)

Everything about the villa/house was fantastic - really well appointed and in a lovely big garden, so much room both inside and out. In fact the listing doesn’t do it justice I could explain but that would spoil the sense of surprise we felt. Some many different areas to eat, relax or catch the sun - could easily not have left the villa for the whole week. Only minor quibble the internet is a little patchy but really we’re on holiday so it’s not a big deal. Mario, Patricia and Mariana were so helpful and welcoming, helped us out with tips and even helped point us in the direction of a boat excursion. There’s plenty of room for a car if you hire one, we didn’t and did everything on foot. Which was fine as we like walking if you don’t you’d want to think about a car as the beach is walkable but the streets around Mondello are a little dirty. The local shops - Gelateria, pattiserie, pizza shop, fruit and veg were fantastic and within easy reach some of the best of all of these we’ve had in Sicily and the local restaurant is fantastic and has a great selection of wine to take away. A really really great holiday home and some where I would recommend again and again.

Very large spacious house, with good aircondition in all rooms. Well equipped kitchen, and only10-12 minutes walk to the beach. No problem not having a car.

Die großzügige Villa ist toll eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht und viel Platz und Sitzgelegenheiten, sie ist blitzsauber (wird sogar 2x pro Woche gereinigt), Patricia, Mario und Hausverwalterin Marianna sind supernett und tolle Gastgeber. Die Kommunikation ist top, bei Problemen eilt nach wenigen Minuten Hausmeister Giovanni zur Hilfe. Der Pool ist der beste, den wir bisher hatten. Einzig kleine Abstriche bei der Lage/Umgebung (Hunde in umliegenden Villen, der Strand von Mondello ist fast komplett privat/kostenpflichtig) kann man machen, aber dafür kann die Villa nichts, das ist wohl typisch Palermo/Sizilien/Italien. Es war für uns (8 Personen, wir hatten beide Villen-Teile) ein sehr schöner Urlaub, wir können die Villa uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
