ביתי חטפה קלקול קיבה במסעדת המלון. סבלה ויצאנו מוקדם למחרת בבוקר. המלון היה עמוס ומטונף. עד כה לא השיבו אפילו על בקשתנו להשיב את עלות הלילה בו סבלה ביתי.

The breakfast was good, but there was no decaf espresso/filter coffee. A large variety of food,. The cakes were not so special, nor the bread. We ate supper there, They should charge less for paying guests!

there were 'springtails' - those black fleas in the bathroom sink area. very disgusting. The phone in the room, to call reception, wasn't working (they came and fixed it), I asked for decaf capsules for the coffee machine, i had to call at least 3 times, each time they said they will get back to me and didn't, finally told me they don't have them... some lights flickered or didn't work. For a hotel that considers itself a very very high end hotel, these things should not be happening.

The property is overall run-down and dirty. Service in general is extremely poor with no management or supervision presence. Not worth the stay and the price.

The rooms are clean but they are far by walking and there weren’t many shuttles available it was a long wait time

the public pool is not so big and quite crowded at weekends. no easy access to the Kineret.
