Great location next to a sandy beach in a bay a 5 minute walk away. Very expensive beach bar with sun loungers. Take some umbrellas instead!! We left some in the property for others to use. Fab villa, comfy beds, good air con, nice bathrooms, useful kitchen with everything you could need. Amazing outside area with lovely sized pool and plenty of loungers and grill bbq area. There were plenty of restaurants a few minutes drive away. Really enjoyed our stay, thank you.

We have a 18mth old daughter and we had to keep our eye on her while climbing the stairs as the bannister rail is only 2 rails with a large gap and potentially you could fall from top floor too bottom. This is only an observation and we were fine but maybe a bottom 3rd rail would help. Would be no bother to most other people and wouldn't stop us booking again for sure.

Great location, considering you rent a car. Public transportation/bus stop is very close and easily available. Location outside of the busy tourist district was a big plus. Very straightforward instructions on how to get there from the airport. Superb communication! Kitchen equipped with everything you may need, including coffee machines, toaster etc. Rhodes is a beautiful island and selecting accomodation in the middle of the island was a great choice - less than 1h drive in any direction! Very close to a nice beach and just a short walk to a mini-market. Very clean and well looked after. Swimming pool, jacuzzi, playstation, DVD, pool table, tennis table, comfortable chairs and sun beds made our stay such a pleasant experience!

Lots of space and great facilities for a family. Short walk to beach. watching the sunset from the Jacuzzi was great. Lovely host - We had some trouble with building noise next door but the owner worked hard to sort things out for us.

Property was lovely, pool was great and hit tub an added bonus. short walk to the beach was fantastic. Extremely clean, beds were really comfy, fully stocked kitchen equipment, extra fridge a real bonus

Located near one of the best beaches

Quite a lot of things were broken or didn’t work well, but the owners responded very quickly and came to fix them promptly. Very easy to contact them and very helpful recommending taxis, restaurants and arranging a day room for our last day when we had a late flight.

The villa was luxurious and spacious. Morden and extremely clean. The owner was attentive to the small issues we had. Beach was a 5 minute walk away. Mini super market was a 5 minute walk away too. Our children were never bored, with the tv, game console, pool table etc available.

The villa was set on a main road with not much around. We hired a car so wasn’t an issue.
