The hotel reception is communicative and ready to help via booking, whatsapp or other means.

Difficult to find food in the area and no food options at the hotel itself. The only decent restaurant la estava at plaza mayor must be booked in advance or you’d be left without food to go to bed.

We got the family apartment which is located on the 4th floor of the hotel. The apartment is very big, well maintained and comfortable. It contains a fully equipped kitchen three bedrooms each with a double bed, a big living room and a large terrace there are also two bathrooms. It was very clean and a housekeeping was daily. Supermarket is one minute walking and there is plenty of parking nearby. Beautiful Vall de Núria is only 20 minutes drive away

Great for 1 night stopover. Anna on reception was very helpful. spotless clean, excellent bed was so comfortable. great value for money. We did not have breakfast but a few cafes in town to get a coffee.
