Cant fault the villa and the host, always clean and tidy and so close to the Marina. The Marina and town itself we found really expensive this time around but we loved chilling at the villa and the pool.

Good Location and a very enjoyable stay would recommend

This is lovely accommodate in an excellent location - a short stroll into the marina area with it with all the facilities you could need including exceptional restaurants. Very quiet this year (Sept 2020) with fewer tourists because of travel restrictions - but Lanzarote is an exceptionally safe location in every respect. A perfect relaxing holiday destination.

We enjoyed our stay with the family. the Villa was fine and we had British TV with the 4 channels promised, perfect location. The starter pack we a welcomed addition, happy to recommend.

An excellent experience from start to finish. Arrival instructions, including google map subordinates was spot on. Although we arrived much earlier than the advertised checkin time, Alex, the owner had arranged that the villa was cleaned and ready for our noon arrival. There was a welcome pack of coffee, water, milk, ham, cheese, juice, bread, butter and jam, which was all very much appreciated. The villa has everything you need and is ideally located just 5 minutes away from the shops, bars and restaurants at Rubicon Marina. Only a 15 minute walk along the front to Playa Dorada and another 10 into the centre of Playa Blanca. A taxi, if required is only €3 from centre to villa. The TV in the villa wasn’t tuned in to English channels, and being a Technophobe I had to contact Alex. Ramon, the ‘handyman’ was there within the hour to sort it out. Pool was cleaned twice in the week that we were there. I would highly recommend the villa for a stay. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. Thank you Alex for your hospitality Janet & Memphis

Enjoyed staying here . Well equipped villa. Pool cold but we swam in sea almost every day. Other reviews said water pressure in showers a problem but fine for us. Villa hot especially at night but we coped!A quiet location. A local restaurant Lani's very nice but it's worth getting taxi from rank near the shops(very reasonable) and going into Playa Blanca where there's a huge choice of eateries. Nice shops too. Plenty to do and see here. We didn't get round to see everything but will return next year hopefully.

A great property for a wonderful holiday. From the simple check in process and thoughtful welcome pack to the welcoming, regularly cleaned, pool; Alex’s villa is a fantastic place to stay. Everything you need is on hand and the central location is perfect for exploring the surrounding area. I would most certainly return without hesitation!

Great location. Very close to the beautiful marina with lots of lovely shops and restaurants. 5 min walk to the beach. Could walk along to the main Playa Blanca resort but also easy to get a taxi from the bottom of the road. The villa was nice. Ideal for what we needed. Pool was bigger than I thought it was going to be. Outside space was lovely. Decor and furniture maybe looking a little tired. Overall - excellent and would book again

Lovely clean villa in quiet location in Playa Blanca. Pool chilly but most welcome on hot days. Professionally cleaned and treated every other day. We had a couple of little problems but these were quickly sorted via Villa owner and local maintenance guy. These were only the house alarm (tiny fingers) and our locking ourselves out. Beds were memory foam and I found them quite hot but 2 room fans provided which were a Godsend. Water pressure in showers can be a little temperamental but generally OK. WiFi was OK for Facebook or news sites but not for really streaming videos. TV showed BBC1, ITV and Channel 4 amongst others. Thankfully no ITV 2 so no Love Island nonsense. Local Hyperdino supermarket only 200 meters away and sells good selection of wines, beers, and general groceries. Quite pricey mind you. The marina is lovely and we ate at Lani’s which was friendly and reasonably priced. One Bar was not so good and best avoided. Would definitely recommend visiting this villa.

We’ve just returned from staying in villa 2 playa Blanca. There was four of us staying in a villa that sleeps six. The villa was very well equipped, spacious and in an excellent location. I particularly like welcome pack in arrival, freeze blocks already in freezer (useful as I had taken a cool bag!) and handy drying area with washing ma home.Nearest supermarket : mins walk. Marina 5 mins walk and Playa Blanca centre 15 mins walk (along a beautiful promenade). I had read some reviews which commented on pool not being heated- this was not a problem at all - we were in it every day and it was a lovely temperature!! All in all a fab holiday in a lovely villa we will be back!!

Lovely property , good outside space with pool , clean & tidy inside could do with a little freshening up ie- new towels, cushions on sofa , softer indoor lighting in lounge just a little more detail to the decorating as paint drops on tiles & grouting little untidy around the bath in en-suite,overall had a very pleasant stay in the villa close to all amenaties restaurants supermarket & bars , one major issue we had was the water pressure when trying to shower each evening on a couple of times there was no water at all for around 20 minutes , if this is sorted out then would book again.

Directions and instructions for the property were good . Position great however the main problem was the water . Initially no pressure upstairs the maintenance man came but although pleasant spoke little English . After an engineer arrived it did improve slightly but it turned out the taps had been put on the wrong way ie red was cold water . The curtains were filthy .

Villa was as expected, only one little thing, there wasn’t enough larger glasses considering it was for 6 people although it didn’t create any problems. All in all a good break.

Just back from a lovely week in villa 3, location is excellent, villa was well equipped and very clean. The beds are probably the best we have had in a villa and there were duvets which was very welcome as the days were warm but the nights chilly. The kitchen has everything you would need and I cooked most days, there is a washing machine and drying area off the kitchen which was very handy. The pool is not heated but it really wasn't that cold - we have had heated pools before and honestly couldn't feel much difference. The sun loungers were great and the pool area is private. The area is really quiet so was perfect for a family getaway. I had my 2 children (10 &6) so the quiet nights were great. We had a car but the Marina is around 5 mins walk from the villa so location was perfect. There is a decent supermarket very close by. Some beautiful restaurants in the Marina too. Playa Blana is around 5 mins in the car - the resort is beautiful and the people are so friendly, hopefully we will be back - thank you

We were in Villa 6 which is laid out to the reverse of this one. It is in the ideal location being a short walk from the marina and the promenade which goes the complete length of Playa Blanca. Alex and Ramon were both very helpful . Sofas were comfy- maybe could do with a couple of cushions on it. Kitchen ideal for a short stay but as there are so many good restaurants nearby it didn't really get used much. The welcome pack is a nice touch. Beds were good, not too hard nor too soft. Only other suggestion would be to have a little bistro table on the balcony of the master bedroom. The area round the pool had very comfortable loungers and chairs. Overall a good villa and I am sure we will be back next year.

Just returned from this lovely villa and we are very sad ☹️. It was a very relaxing week walking distance to some beautiful restaurants, taxi rank and a supermarket. Taxis cost about 3€ into town for some more lovely places to eat . Didn’t do any cooking at all at the villa but there was everything you needed in the kitchen if you wanted to cook and a great bbq . Also , there was welcome pack left for us on the first day which was very much appreciated . Internet at villa was very good and there was British Chanels on TV . You could also bring along an Amazon fire stick for the TV as it would have fitted in the back. We’ve been to lanzartoe many times but never stayed at this end ( harbour end of the town ) . We will definitely be back thank you so much for a lovely week .

This was our first stay at this location and it could not have been any better! It had a decent sized pool which was cleaned twice per week. There was a nice sized kitchen which we did not make full use of as we ate out most nights! The towels and bedding were changed weekly. There is a reasonably well stocked supermarket within a few minutes walk and there are numerous bars and restaurants in the Marina which again is within a few minutes walk. If you are planning staying in and cooking the local supermarket does not have a fresh meat counter but there is one in the town centre in the Spar supermarket which is about a twenty minute walk or a few stops on the local bus which has a standard fare of one Euro 40 cents. As I said we found this an ideal location and hopefully we will return before too long.

we returned last week from these wonderful villas and want to go back already. Soon as we stepped foot in them we knew we would be coming back. The villas were spotless and wonderfully kitted out with more appliances then u would expect from your average place to stay. The villas are so quiet and relaxing. I have never felt so chilled out. The location just cannot be beaten, short stroll to supermarket then just a bit on to a beautiful marina packed with restaurants and bars to chill out in with a glass of wine looking at the boats. The pool was ample size for the two of us and lots of space around to laze in the sun all day. The wifi was super fast and was perfect to be able to check on home whilst we were away. I have never had such a perfect holiday and already looking at coming back. Alex is brilliant at answering any questions you may have. Can not recommend the villas enough, just book and go :) Was a perfect surprise present for my partners 40th Birthday and will book again for next year. Thank you Alex :)

The villa is as described. It had all you need for a great relaxing holiday. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The villa was clean and the outside area really nice just to relax in and have a BBQ, which we had several. Even the sun loungers were comfortable and were not the standard hard plastic ones. Be prepared for the pool being unheated, but that did not stop us using it to cool down on hot days. Shops and restaurants close by. Well done Alex. We will look forward to a repeat visit soon. Bill
