All mod cons of a newish hotel on the outskirts of town. Didn’t get to see the swimming pool. Parking outside and I think they also had private parking.
Staff were all a bit “frosty”, both reception and restaurant.

Lovely clean hotel with friendly helpful staff
No one spoke English and we found communication rather difficult

This was a nice hotel with great underground parking for my motorbike. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It’s a bit of a walk into town which has very little to offer of interest but this works for a bit of luxury on a quick stopover whilst travelling.
Definitely out of town.

Nice, clean and quiet hotel. Private parking for 4 euro 😏 24/7
Good breakfast, reasonable quality and price.
Shower was little difficult 🙄 because not that much water coming out. 🤔
But ok....

Convenient location.
On arrival receptionist a bit grumpy because we’d parked the car in the underground carpark before checking in, but you pass the car park entrance before you get to the hotel and they had said it was not reservable in advance so we got a space whilst we could. Not that many spaces in the underground car park and the spiral entrance a bit tight. At breakfast the milk and juices were not chilled and the cereal choice was SugarPuffs or Chocoflakes .Otherwise not a bad selection. The one waitress at breakfast worked very well checking in, topping up food, clearing tables etc. She is a cheery credit to the hotel.

It is little cold on the bedroom.

Free Parking! Location was a good stop on the way to Madrid. The room was excellent, but I would say more of a business hotel. The room was large with an awesome shower. Food in the restaurant was good. Breakfast was standard, but the staff was a little overwhelmed.

rooms were very clean and modern, bed was comfy
no blankets and room was very cold a bit far away from the centre

The building and facilities were exceptional. Most of the staff were friendly. And the pool was most welcomed
The food was very basic. Their idea of a great evening meal is a bacon and cheese sandwich. Where as most hotels and restaurants provide some sort of salad with the meal you had to pay and order separatly. We were also asked to leave the restaurant and told we had to eat in the cafe. When questioned no answer was given.

Nice hotel in a quiet location.
We arrived on a motorbike on a very hot day. Most places we have stayed in across Spain on this trip gave us access to our room on arrival so we could change out of our riding gear. This was not the case here, we were told it was not possible and had to wait. We waited for nearly 2 hours in bike gear for our room. It did give us the chance to get something to eat and drink but it would have been nice to change.
We had a room that overlooked the pool. Great air con in the room once we lowered the temp. The parking garage is a bit of a pain depending on which side of the hotel you are on. We had to use 1 lift then walk across the reception area and up the stairs, down another corridor and into another lift. Not great for unloading your bike in bike gear and on a very hot day.
The room was nice enough with a comfy bed. Breakfast was good also.
It’s a fair walk into the centre maybe about 20/25 minutes. To say this city is a up and coming tourist place I would totally disagree with that. We couldn’t find anywhere to get a drink and wondered around looking for something to do for 2 hours. When things did start to open up and we managed to get a drink we couldn’t find anywhere to eat so we decided to find a taxi and head back to the hotel. Yes you can guess not a taxi in sight. We did try and find 1 on Uber but there was nothing so another long walk back to the hotel . We picked a few things up from a supermarket and ended up having an early night. I was more than ready for breakfast the next day.
I can safely say we won’t be going back here again and I’m so glad we was only there for the 1 night.
Not being able to use 1 lift to get to the carpark and having to carry all our backs across reception and up stairs before using another lift. Nobody offered us any help either. Hotel to far out from the centre as well

The room is comfortable and clean.
Swimming pool closed and very poor breakfast. During the breakfast I had to wait for the bread and the buffet was almost empty without any options to eat. The fruit for example was rotten.

Nice rooms, quiet, good breakfast. Friendly staff.
Food is poor, but eatable. Got ripped off, unfortunately, with a late night brandy for €11.00; way too expensive

location not bad, 25 minutes walk to town. parking was easy at hotel. Front desk staff helpful.
Noisy from other guests all night. Could hear everything from next door even from cell phone notifications to morning alarm. Breakfast was a joke. There were dirty plates available at the buffet along with half a can of fruit that was thrown in a bowl. The meat, cheese and bread offering was sparse. There wasn’t any staff in the restaurant for more than 1/2 hour that we were there. It just felt like no one cared.

We were given a fine, light and modern room in a section of the hotel that was unknown to us. We were first assigned to a neat but old fashioned room that wasn’t up to our taste. With a little extra money we then got a perfect room with balcony overlooking the garden with swimming pool. The receptionists are very efficient, helpful, informative and very kind.
The older part of this hotel of which no pictures were shown on Booking.com so we expected to get a nice room as shown on Booking.com which we then obtained.

The staff where lovely the decor was comfortable and rooms well laid out. I love ciudad real it's a great safe city.
The road was quite busy in morning and
could hear it as well as hearing the music from ballroom and people celebrating. The shower was problematic . The pool was closed.

Great place to connect between South of Spain and Madrid. Making your road trip a little easier.
Pool was closed and the room was very very simple. Didn’t even have a trash can.
