the facility charges for beach chairs, towels, parking for wich you do not know if there will be a place for you or if you will park in second or third row behind the car and the car stick out on the street so that someone can hook them up. breakfast is not replenished when it is gone.AT the end they issue the bill, they wrote that i had a massage that i did not have, and once again they wanted to charge me for the child that i had already paid for, it is good that i saved the bill. Finaly very bad.

The bigger pool side view room is much better than the simple. Good beach area. Kind person.

Breakfast was always the same.

Very rich selection for breakfast, especially fruits. The young cook manning the egg station cooked omelets with "passion". Despite being alone, there never was a queue. The rooms were kept clean, the towels were without stains (which happens at many hotels).

The water quality was medium, which is not their fault. Making reservation with Booking.com is not convenient, they were not open to adjustments. Not all rooms have free umbrella and chairs, this is not a nice practice.

For over 200 bucks a day You have to pay for the towels and the umbrella and chairs on the beach. very bad breakfast. they hate customers of booking.com, You get a small room.

excellent location and very helpful staff, really good breakfast (even with a glass of Prosecco in the morning, should one need a hair of dog from the night before lol).

Borderline hard beds.

The two things we liked about this hotel were: - the close proximity to the beach, although there are tens of hotels near the beach so it is not an extraordinary feature - waiters/waitresses were really nice and helpful

Where to start... The experience in this hotel is definitely below the 4-star we are used to. I would hardly give them 3 starts for what they offer. Especially, they charge really high price for stay and they don't live up to it. The food was very poor, especially breakfast. They served the same things every single day with absolutely no variations. The worst was the "live cooking" of pancakes and crepes that they pulled out of a plastic bag and only warmed up. I would suggest not getting half board or full board as they charge very much (35 euro per person per meal) and you can each much better food for the same or less out in town. The reception was so chaotic, the staff over there looked like they didn't know what they are doing. They forgot to return the IDs they kept for our whole stay so we ended up going to the next location without them.

Nice hotel with good pool, fantastic restaurants around.

I liked the position, it was close to the beach. Only thing is it was far away from the center if you wanted to go there for whatever reason.

I ordered room service for breakfast and they brought only a few pieces of meat and bread, very very poor, for two people. Be aware that at the end you need to check the charges, as they wanted to put parking on my bill, even though I didn't go by car. It was in italian so it was hard to make out.

Very clean hotel, beachfront, nice & friendly staff, parking lots available (limited), pool very nice, open breakfast/lunch area.

The rooms are small, but ok. Furniture partially old, beds/pillows uncomfortable, which is a pity because for us that’s (together with cleanliness) the most important thing in a hotel.

Only Breakfest was good, really good. The rest was terrible. Choose another hotel!!!

Everything. May be for 80-100€ not for 300€! Thes said no place for parking - we have seen may be 10 places - no chance. Stuff was really bad, at reception no body speaked english at “normal level”, girl was scared (I tried to be nice - we didn’t see room at that time - so was nice to her… But… after all we come to the room… Sorry… but this was meant seriously? Almost 300€ for that? Old wverything, flat tv? My phone is bigger than that tv… Cold, simple, old room. Bed was not good, bathroom oldish, vw was badly installed to the wall - was affraid that it falls down in minute… As I said - in full season I could understand 80-100€, but almost 300 was nonsence… When we do checkout, no body care about aour feelings, no body asked for anything. Cold again. Not even “goodbye”… Sad

Breakfast was plentiful and the service was very nice, but the receptionist was incompetent .. I had to go down to the reception 3 times because of the cards for the entrance, the door of the room was not opened .. unfortunately the lady could not communicate very well in English or German, it was hard to find any information, she was not helpful..I was so disappointed ..all of my questions weren’t answered ..we paid 630 EU for two nights, the room was terribly tiny and the view was just the wall of the next building ..we expected a little more for that price. The only positive was really the location of the hotel and the breakfast service. We will definitely not go there next time ..
