Unpleasant people on reception who only worked from 9-12 and 16-19. The shower leaked water onto the floor, the cistern kept running once flushed and there was no extractor fan so smelly damp bathroom. The walls were very thin so you could hear what your neighbors were doing and in what position.

Breakfast was good with a lot of variation. Hotel is located in the centre of City and parking is opposite the hotel. Gentle and kind staff and you get a small tour at beginning from the host. The Common rooms were clean.

Room was too small and We expected a Larger swimming pool. Due to missing a bar or a restaurant, the hotel is not having a relaxing ambiance and after a long bycle tour you first have to take a drink in the City. A list of recommended restaurants could be considered and a fridge in the room or common room. Attention points. Don’t Forget the extra toilet paper.

Lovely hotel. We were upgraded to the Villa - a wonderful self contained apartment within the hotel. Would thoroughly recommend this for a group of 6-8 people. extremely well equipped kitchen and great outdoor eating areas. There was a hot tub (not in use when we were there). Great swimming pool with plenty of loungers. We did not have the breakfast as we had our own facilities.

Liked Everything, pool was a bonus

Could do with a holder or shelf in the shower not a fault but just a observation

Im sure without Covid restrictions, and in mid season this hotel is absolutely excellent. Could do with a few English-speaking TV chanels.

Hot water in our room was non existent in the mornings,complained several times and was told it was because the other guests had used it ,we were unable to shower, hot water a BASIC requirement, the room itself in our opinion had close resemblance to a beach hut,with hooks on the wall to hang our clothes and a book shelf for smaller garments, not what you would expect from a hotel charging over a hundred euros a night, the breakfast ,compared to other hotels we have stayed in was just average, with the very small dry croissants probably bought from a supermarket,again disappointing.Dis

We have stayed at this hotel before so are returning because the last time we stayed it was very comfortable and clean. It didn't disappoint. This time we had a family room as our family has grown since the last time we stayed. The layout was great with the kids having a separate area of their own just next to our bedroom, there was loads of space for us. The kids loved the games room, actually so did we and if the rain had not arrived we would have used the heated pool. Sitting right on the edge of St Pierre high street the hotel is perfectly situated for sopping and exploring.

The wifi was very challenging and not ideal for working.
