Nice location, friendly staff, interesting design

Greta location and nicely decorated, spacious room. Air conditioning helped on hot days. Nice extra space like roof balcony and great testing breakfast. We were very happy with our stay. Would not stay anywhere else when I’m Konstanz.

We enjoyed a very nice stay at this hotel! The apartment was beautiful furnished, very clean and comfortable! We liked the central position and the style of the building. Quiet at night, staff very friendly.

Great place, confortable, welcoming and charming

It's a bit stressful to drive to get the parking key and back through the pedestrian streets. I'm never a fan of black mold in the shower and I wish the hotel was better sound-proofed but it is a historical building.

The room was exceptionally small. From what we saw in the rooms map it was one of the 2 rooms in the floor that where so small. For 2 persons it was hard to move in the same room. Would be good for one person.

This hotel is next to one of the buildings painted with murals. It is very nice and the location is on the main pedestrian walkway and within walking distance of lots of restaurants. I stayed an extra day and the rate I was charged was quite reasonable even though the hotel was showing as sold out on the Internet.

Very basic amenities

Beautiful boutique hotel right in the old heart of Konstanz. Close to lots of restaurants and only a few blocks from the lake. The hotel is really well maintained and has such old-world charm! They were also very helpful with the parking, allowing us to unload in the pedestrian area before parking the car just 500m away.

Honestly everything was great but our room smelled a bit like sewage when we first arrived... Fortunately that smell disappeared after one of us took a shower, but it wasn't the nicest thing to walk into.
