Staff helpful. Not speaking Italian was a challenge for me as staff were not proficient in English but Google translate was helpful. Recommended a lovely and authentic Italian restaurant. Taxi service booked with hotel was very good.

The staff of the Hotel was beyond helpful and friendly. They really made our stay. Unfortunately, there was a break in in our car, the hotel staff did everything to help us and solved the issue very quickly. The hotel is a very good value for money. The room was clean and a good size! Everything we needed was provided without extra costs, like a baby bassinet. The hotel is very close to the train station and is a quick walk to the city centre. We felt save walking during any time of the day and also in the evening. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Cozy small hotel just behind the train station. Features a small refrigerator. The morning coffee was prepared as desired. We had a really strong caffè americano. It was as strong as an English espresso.

The days before we arrived, I received several emails in Italian that I didn’t understand. Italian is not a world language, but I got the impression that it was about hygiene and covid 19. To my surprice I wasn't asked the EU Covid Certificate after all. May be that was because the receptionist did'n speak enough english to ask it. There was no buffet breakfast because of covid 19. But it was available in all other hotels we stayed in. We were allowed to choose 4 things for breakfast not five. I gave up fresh juice to get a piece of cake.

The hotel is simple but it checks all the boxes and has an affordable price. The room and bathroom were very clean, the staff is kind and friendly, and the location is good, just a few minutes away from the city centre. You can park the car in the street for 2€. Breakfast is simple but OK, with bread, cheese, ham, fruits, coffee, juice and cake. They are taking safety measures in relation to the covid.

The walls are thin so you can hear people talking in the corridor and in the other rooms. Although the bathroom has an excellent size, the shower enclosure is tiny. It was not a big deal for us, but it's good to know. Overall, it was a very good experience!
