The hotel is located in a quiet area. Our rooms are in the second building behind the main building, just a short walk. The room is quite spacious. There is a closet, a small safe deposit box, a tv, a bottle of water (€4), a coffee table with 2 comfortable armchairs. The bed is comfortable. The bathroom is clean and has a hair dryer and shower gel. There is a small balcony with chairs with streetview. Breakfast is ok. There is a variety of breads, (toaster available). Try their butter dispenser :) They have cutlets, cheese and boiled eggs, yoghurts, cereals, tomato and coffee, thee and juice.

This is a nice hotel to stay for a night but we did missed the following; a small fridge, watercooker, airconditioning and amenities in the bathroom. I recommend to change the pillows, they were just too small and not fluffy at all. For breakfast, scrambled eggs and fruits would make a difference.

Friendly and polite and nice staff , suitable and very nice rooms.

Everything. Breakfast is particularly good and well staffed to keep the buffet fully stocked. This is a small hotel which does all the necessary basics very well. I have stayed here before and will do so again if I return to Dusseldorf. Convenient parking on the street behind the hotel.

The bar is small and lacking atmosphere, and only serves bottled beer (but a very nice one).

Extremely clean hotel! Large room with good amenities. Clean and modern bathroom facilities with good water pressure.

Could not check in early.

Everything we needed for a night- room was basic but spacious and clean, nice breakfast and breakfast area, friendly reception. Seems far out of town but it’s right by a subway which gets you directly to Altstadt in 11 mins and Central station in ca 20 mins, so very convenient! Free street parking on the weekends.

Room a bit clinical, but not an issue

There is no blackouts on the room which means even during the night you will have light on your room. There was no hot water on the shower and specially during our stay (winter) was quite uncomfortable. The breakfast was really poor and no many options neither fresh products.

We have received let checkout confirmation from property owners but they not accepted at time of checkout and booking.com can't help for the same (not help as confirmation mail).

Location of the hotel - close to the air port and the U-bahn station.

The hotel is located under the take-off corridor for planes from the nearby airport and unfortunately it causes quite a lot of discomfort. Typical German breakfast, vegans leave hungry ...

The rooms are modern, clean and comfortable. There is laminate flooring which I think is moot hygienic than carpet.

Doesn’t have air conditioning, therefore not ideal for hot weather

I think the windows was very sound proof - couldn't hear the planes that much

I missed a restaurent for dinner, luckely there was something near by.
