A very nice hotel, just a short tram ride from Augsburg. Quite business-oriented with desks in the rooms but friendly, clean and comfortable and perfect for an overnight stop for weary adventurers like ourselves! Also, a decent breakfast to set you up for the day, with very attentive staff and good choice - from fruit and yoghurt, to continental-style cold meats/cheeses etc. and even bacon and scrambled eggs for us Brits.

The pedestrianisation project going on outside, which must make any passing trade impossible for this excellent hotel and neighbouring businesses, though it had no effect on the enjoyment of our stay, so don’t be put off

WOW! Everything about this hotel is QUALITY!!! Our room was spacious and flooded with light and a great view over the town square. Plenty of storage space and power points Excellent quality furniture, bedding and towels and an extremely comfortable bed. Superb shower. We had the best welcome from the lady at the front desk, I think she may the the owner? She suggested that a 'better home for the night' for our motorbike would be in the outside eating area of the hotel restaurant and that is where we stored it! Very good communications with the hotel before we arrived. The breakfast was AMAZING! Such a fantastic selection of cooked and cold dishes, everything was available and was top quality. Very good tea selection too.

I just wish we had booked to stay longer!

There was everything OK. Everything clean. There are high quality windows. There was reconstruction of road in front of hotel, but no noise in room. In minibar few items incl. bier. Restaurant in hotel is excelent. I had rumsteak and it was perfect.

Just there was no shampoo nor shower gel in the bath. Nice would be also cosmetic tissues. I would expect mineral water free of charge. I needed shirt next day. It would be good iron.

Excellent room and customer service. Were advised by a lovely young receptionist on how to travel to Ausberg by tram and where to use the nearest banking facilities. Breakfast was also good with a great variety to choose from.

Nothing. A bit hard to find at the moment as roadworks outside the hotel which is no fault of the hotel itself.
