The position of the hotel is perfect.

The first impression about a hotel, when you get there, is from the reception. We arrived at the hotel in the evening and were greeted at the reception by a girl and a boy, very young who barely spoke English, where we found out that we were not getting the room we had confirmed (sea view, since in the pictures all the rooms had a sea view, without specifying that there are rooms with a street view). It wouldn't have been a problem, normally, but we were only staying one night and the sea view was the only criterion that made me choose this hotel, as we were in transit and our destination was different. I was told that I had to mention that I want this (even today I haven't found where it says that I have to mention if I want a sea view) then the young man cursed us about our nationality and told us that it would be good to learn to speak Italian. We asked to speak to a manager, but he was not in the hotel at the time and we had no choice but to take the room facing the street because we were tired and realized there was no way to solve it.

Location is very good,.breakfast rich.

Small shower and old towels

the staff was unpleasant and tried not to give all the information about sun-beds, breakfast time and etc. Staff was exceptional with Italian’s and rude with foreigners, won’t come back again….

The hot water had no pressure, so you need to make it quite cold for the shower to have an acceptable pressure.

Friendliness of all hotel staff. Especially the ladies who help in the dining room. And of course the location of the hotel. Next to the beach and so close to the city center.

Lack of cleanliness in the hotel. Obsolete equipment in the hotel.

breakfast was really good ,staff was friendly and they tried hard to help us out. i mean i would give 10 out of 10 for the location free car parking and staff the money what we paid!!!

We love our stay at Hotel Ambra! The hotel was very close to the beach actually infront of the beach. The room was clean and cosy with balcony. Mini fridge with 2 bottles of water. Staff are very nice and very friendly. Lunch and dinner at the hotel are the best and must try! The breakfast was very nice, you can eat italian and american breakfast! Parking is free. I recommend this hotel for long or short family vacation with kids. Surely we will come back here!

Parking lot is a little bit tiny

Super close to the beach and the main tourist street. Everything within walking distance. Very friendly staff and free parking

Neither the cleanest nor the biggest room and car parking was rather small so it happened that other cars blocked one another and leaving could take its time.
