Very expensive for what was on offer but I suppose that is because of where it is.

The position was perfect; a little closer to Portofino and out of the centre of the town, so it was quieter and less busy. The hotel staff were also wonderful.

the room we were first allocated was very disappointing, but the staff changed the room without a quibble the night after. However, the room should never have been an option for the rate, it was very small and noisy.

Location is perfect, we had access to the beach which is so great! i like the interiors, they’re unique and beautiful! try to book the room with balcony and sea view, insanely breathtaking! + don’t miss the lemon cake at breakfast! + Wake up at dawn time and go for a walk! + And yeah wear fancy stuff, it’s not a casual city.

The hotel is in a great location and the staff is very nice. I did not get the opportunity to use the pool (rooftop) very nice..

Hotel's beach is charged 50EUR/day although the public beaches next to this hotel's beach are for fee up to 25EUR

Good location.
The amenities were outdated including a lift that often closed on people as they were trying to get in.
Also, we had booked 3 person room and a single room. During the middle of the night (3am) a staff member unlocked the door and entered the single room. It petrified the person staying in the room and they were unable to remain alone in the single room.
When we asked the staff in the morning why they entered during the middle of the night they simply said “we thought the guest had left”. We didn’t get an apology once for the discomfort and fright that had been caused.
They should have called the room to confirm instead of walking in during middle of the night.

i promissed to angelica from front desk i will wright about this stupidity of management , i travel alone , so they accepted this situation, i have single room but if i want to go hotel spiaggia i must payed two sun bed , it is a stupidity and the beach is empty ...... try understaining because i didnt..... marius
