The photopgraphs could make you think this is an amazing place surrounded by nature. It isn't. This is a farm, surrounded by manufactures and an highway. Talking about the retaurant; It could be simple and perfect, this is often the case in Italy, not here. We maybe came the wrong day...

Wonderful place, nice rooms. Very good food!

Flies...lots of them, they were very annoying.

Large room, clean, comfortable, good air-con, friendly hosts and the evening meal was superb

A bit out of the way and awkward to find

The location is within 30 minutes of Gardaland and Sirmione and simply to find. Suitable for a family of four in the quiet country side. Small shower, but good water pressure. Simple room for a short stay.

Upon arrival the staff or family member I'm assuming were not very welcoming, he seemed rather annoyed. This could be due to a language barrier or he was busy with chores. For me hospitality is important a simple smile would of done the trick. Our room was also overwhelmed with flies. I would say more than 15, we spent a good 20 min. swatting flies. Breakfast was also suppose to be included but nothing was mentioned to us by the staff. Usually we are not picky, but my family was eagar to leave this room after a 13 hr. stay.
