La ubicación porque es muy céntrico y está junto a la estación de autobuses.
El personal es insuficiente, sin formación y poco amable. En el desayuno nadie se ocupa de proveer durante el buffet las cosas que se acaban, ni siquiera el café. No me limpiaron la habitación un día y en recepción no me dieron ninguna solución, tuve que aceptarlo sin más. No ponen sobre aviso que el menú para la cena es el mismo toda la semana, por tanto si como yo hice, se contrata media pensión, se cenará lo mismo toda la semana. Hay un solo camarero en la cena, con el consecuente mal servicio. Solicité dos mantas extras (viajé en invierno con un niño pequeño) y me indicaron que en todo el hotel solo había una manta extra. A pesar de estar junto a la estación de autobuses al pedir información en recepción sobre cómo ir a la estación del AVE me dijeron que fuera en taxi, sin más. El hotel es de 4 estrellas y he pagado media pensión, el servicio no se corresponde en absoluto.

Cafe on site lovely. Breakfast in hotel good. Room decor tired. But staff great in all areas. Swimming pool on top floor was good as was roof terrace there too. Air conditioning everywhere was excellent.
Decor in lifts and bedroom very tired. MFI wardrobe was functional but plasticy. Room was not clean. Bedroom area and bathroom. Dust round mini bar plus elsewhere. Lifts had a mind of their own. Down when up requested and vice versa.

really kind staff, and great location for price it was, comfortable rooms staff offered us bigger room free of charge and gave us options of beds ( single or double )
the “spa” expected completely different when shown on booking photos only one photo up close of jacuzzi was shown when to arrive jacuzzi was shut a pool that didn’t look too pleasant to go in. would have expected a little better since jacuzzi photo looked really nice and working

A 2 star hotel maximum, not a 4! location and staff ok, it has a bar downstairs which is ok too
A 2 star hotel maximum, not a 4! it has 20 yr old air conditioning with manual on/off electricity panel on the hallway, the pool is a joke (more of a crowded small bathtub) and the room was so small that 2 people could barely move, there was no place to open the luggage and only one small closet for 2 people to put their clothes (with 4 hangers). The pool advertised online is a 2m bathtub on top of the building, where max 3-4 people can fit, it is not even a real pool to swim in. The bathroom and furnishings were 20 years old and full of rust (the toilet or bidet for example need urgent changing) and the worst part is the air conditioning which is so old that you need to manually turn it on and off using a wall circuit board at the entrance (its not even in the same room you sleep in). Very noisy too, cleaning staff moved a metallic cart starting 8 am waking up everybody!

Staff were really friendly and clearly worked extremely hard as reception was always very busy. Location was ideal near the bus station and 10-15 mins walk to the beach, at the top of the main rambla. Also very handy for taxis to the airport. Nice big towels and good selection of bathroom extras (toothbrushes etc). Everywhere felt pretty clean overall. Nice bathroom area with giant full length mirror. The pool area looked clean and good although it was very busy so I didn't use it
I requested a double bed but was given a twin room. I realise it wasn't guaranteed but I feel solo travellers always get lumped in the twin room. I was pretty disappointed with this -the staff did try to resolve this, but no rooms were available. Also, The beds weren't the most comfy as they were lumpy but okay for a couple of nights. The shower gel had run out in my room (i didn't have a chance to report this). Not enough plug sockets!

Helpful, friendly staff. Big room. Lots of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. 24 hour front desk. My room was ready 2 hours early so I checked in at 13.00 instead of having to wait until 15.00
More lighting in the room would have been better. No kettle in the room

Room nice and airy, location is great but lacks parking as you'd expect of a city centre hotel. The breakfast and bar were great!

the location was nice
Our reservation was not respected, once we arrived we were told the double bed room we booked was not available and instead they had a room with two single beds for my wife and i.
they were not even willing to move the 2 beds together.
so we had to upgrade to a more expensive room just for that.
additionally the room was very dirty and clearly not cleaned. we found food leftover from the previous guests

Location is perfect and the hotel offers good value accommodation. Breakfast was ok. Eggs and bacon were lovely and the staff were very friendly
Terrible toilet paper is a false economy. Why do some hotels do this ? . Everything else was fine.

Air conditioning not working. Not very quiet; could hear other guests and people in the corridor. Television was about 15 years old and hardly worked.
