El personal y poder dejar la moto en la puerta sin problema alguno.

La verdad que nos gustó en general todo, trato del personal, ubicación, limpieza de zonas comunes y de la habitación, aparcamiento gratis privado, justo pegado tienes una gasolinera y un Burger king. La habitación genial, insonorizada, la cama comodísima, el baño con bañera y bidet (que ya es raro encontrar esto) aire acondicionado, mini bar... Si volvemos repetiremos alojamiento además de recomendarlo, porque para mí lo mejor de la ubicación es que no está en el centro donde está todo el jaleo, de calles, ruidos, coches y parking caros si quieres aparcar, sino que estás a solo 15 minutos de todo eso, y si vas a descansar y no quieres gastarte bastante dinero en primera línea de playa, quedarte aqui está genial.

Ponen que tienen restaurante en la plataforma booking, pero las familias o gente que NO va por agencia, NO pueden comer o cenar. Llegue de un viaje de 7h en coche el domingo para comer y me dijeron que no había comidas, solo se puede cenas ... y pregunto y esos de ahi, que hacen comiendo??? " los que estan comiendo, era porque lo tenían contratado por grupo..." bueno vale... no lo doy mucha importancia y me voy al burguer que hay ahi al lado. Voy a cenar y mismo resultado, solo Dan cenas para grupos y que casualmente, los domingos no hay cenas... y digo, pero hay gente cenando...!!! Es que van por grupo... misma escusa. En recepción pido recomendación de donde ir a cenar o comer y no recomiendan nada, para comer me mandan al bueguer king y para cenar me dan un folleto de un sitio de fritanga, pizzas, hamburguesas.. no recomienda ningún restaurante de la zona que se coma bien ni nada.. les pregunto por algo mejor, sin resultado (es como si no conocieran la zona, ni se hubieran molestado en buscar algo para los clientes) y las indicaciones que Dan del sitio del folleto, son erróneas teniendo que ir a cenar al telepizza..... en fin, situación que nunca he vivido en hotel ... y mira que viajo todos los meses por trabajo por España.. Podrían tener planos de la zona resaltando zonas de restaurantes o de interés.

The staff was very helpful, they changed our room to a better one, provided all required information. The swimming pool was great and the location is fantastic for people with cars, very close to Malaga and the main highway. The room was clean and the linen was changed properly, highly recommend.

The breakfast was missing quite a lot, there was little in terms of fresh vegetables and people with dietary restrictions would have problems. The first room we got smelled a bit off, but we got it changed, so hopefully you will get good service there too.

Generally the hotel is good. Except the oldness of the furniture, the size of the room was good, the room and the bathroom were clean. The staff was professional but some kindness will be preferable. The bed and the pillows are comfortable, the towels are changed every day. There's a small fridge and a good TV reading SSD. The Wifi is good but sometimes the signal is week. The location is about 30 min from Malaga and is very suitable for visiting the Technopark for work. The breakfast costs about 7€, and have a good quality. The coffee otherwise need to be improved.

The room was great, everything I needed very clean bathroom with all the towels and toiletries I need for an overnight stay. The bed was comfortable and I had a good nights sleep. I had a very early taxi which was booked by the receptionist for 4 in the morning. They rang through to tell me it had arrived so I wasn’t having to wait outside. All together a very friendly and helpful team of staff during my stay. Thank you.

Everything was good there wasn’t anything I didn’t like about the hotel, room or staff.

Hotel is located not far away from Malaga airport (around 15 min drive). Just opposite the petrol station which makes it convenient to fill in the rental car before it's return. There is a machine with chips and chocolate in the hall and swimming pool in the yard.

Hotel is good for 1-2 nights, but not for long stay as it's far from the city center and the location is not the most pittoresque. As many people are bookign this hotel before their flight from Malaga airport, there is a noise in the night when people are leaving their rooms for an early check out.

Well the AC made so much noice that couldn't keep it on during the night and there were not enough covers to keep it worm. The door of the toilet was broken so if you close it you find yourself in the toilet without being able to get out again. And to be a business hotel settled in a industrial zone, not having an iron to help your travelers to go to work as they should is a big minus

Location to airport

We were charged for 2 rooms for myself, my husband and our son because the website said there wasn't enough room for an extra bed. However when we arrived, there was a sofa bed in one room and a spare bed under the double bed in the adjoining room! Don't be fooled! No tea and coffee facilities in the room which is ridiculous, and the mattresses were so hard, we hardly slept. We were charged 350 euros for 2 nights.

The hotel is at 3 stars level. The staff tried to make our stay enjoyable, large and secure parking, room was clean, large bathroom, easy to reach the center of Málaga by car.

The furniture is a little bit older than we expected.
