Just got back from our second stay at Hotel Alva in Protaras, and it was great! Our room was spacious, super clean, and tidy. They gave us the room with the view we asked for, which was a nice touch.The room also had a kitchen with all the utensils we needed, making it easy to whip up our own meals. Plus, they provided beach towels, slippers, and robes.The staff were really friendly and helpful, always making sure we were having a good time.Overall, we had a fantastic week at Hotel Alva and can’t wait to come back again!

Location was good.
Ants all over the apartment, we complained on the first night and was informed that it was sorted but they were still everywhere.

Loved location & nice facilities.
Great staff @ reception.housekeeper Yiota was excellent.we stayed Room 412..the Bartender among his other duties Pan (for short) very helpful. Breakfast was good but not great.plenty though to start the day.lots sunbeds even though some been reserved & not returned to after folk went to beach etc.
Management did keep tabs on this & some towels did get removed during our stay which is proper way to do it. We would stay again if we do return Protaras as was our 1st visit to Cyprus.

The staff at reception and all over the hotel were amazing, so friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble, they helped me with many questions, Room was fabulous, location was so good, right in the protaras strip, but also quiet at night due to excellent double glazing. Just fabulous

We were upgraded on arrival to a suite at no extra cost rooms very spacious

Position 100 mts from the beach. Clean, staff gave us a better room that we had booked, main bed was very good, location near to all that is needed but not noisy. We did not use the pool but it looked clean and nice.
It was good for the price, just the added 3rd bed was not great, it closed while I was on and I fell on the floor, but good enough for 2 nights.

The glass bathroom in the bedroom, it may look nice but it is gives you zero privacy and zero sound isolation.
We didn’t have the breakfast because it looked really poor. Best to go to Zorbas or eat somewhere outside.

Location is perfect, just in front of Fig tree beach. Staff is really helpful, we had upgrade to bigger room for free. Cleaning every day. Swimming pool. Very comfy bed. Great view on the beach. AC was working properly. Room is spacious. Free parking.
Room was good, but has a big contrast. From one side everything is white, nice bed, pictures. Comfy bathroom. But kitchen is like from different story - 90s style (really "tired"). Also if you would like to cook, you need to be ready that knifes not really for "cooking", no dishwashing liquid, sponges and deep plates. And cover of the sofa should be changed to new one, it's terrible.

I liked that the staff were very attending.
We had a problem with the ac but immediately they responded. The only problem was that after the technician the ac had a smell.
