Comfortable bed, clean room, good water pressure

The property needs a major facelift and update. Furniture was dated and worn. The rooms air conditioning was terrible by 2024 standards and for a 3/4 star hotel. The staff was just “fine” they were not nearly as friendly and hospitable as every other place we stayed in Peru. The breakfast buffet was acceptable, but nothing memorable. There are just much better options for similar prices in Lima.

I have never felt so unwelcome at a hotel. I was tierd last day and was planning to stay one more day but after breakfast i decided i could not spend one more hour at this bad energy place. Personel is unpolite and feel that you are not paying enought at their hotel due to the discount from booking. Even though I been nice to the cleaning staff and only let them clean my room every 2 days instead of every, and the times I ask for room service I always tipped the other staff. One day I got lucky and have one girl with me after the night out. Then the want me to pay 50% extra, but with the normal rate. But I had to argue against this and they use booking rate so only 16 dollars extra instead of something like 30-40 extra. And on top of this, when I check out they tryed to make me pay 20% extra again for the taxes that I already payed them. I told them I am not paying a single coin more for this place and just went without caring. Also breakfast is not too amazing...

The place is 12-15 mins (on foot) to Huaca Pucllana, Miraflores Lighthouse, Parque del Amor, Parque J.F.K.

The room needs an upgrade, the finishing and decor are outdated.

There was ample space. large rooms

No hot water. you have to call the front desk for them to turn on the hot water. it takes 10 to 15 minutes to get warm water after that call. carpets are absolutely filthy and there is a strong smell of cigarettes and urine in all the hallways.

I pay a lot of money and in the booking was write that it cost 50 dolars but when i come to pay in the hotel i pay 75 dolars and the water in my room was cold so I tell it to the hotel and they say that it fix but it not so i take a shower in a cold water

nice big room, good shower, nice comfy bed. good breakfast (especially fresh juices and fresh fruits). I didn’t pay Hilton/Marriott rates, so this was bargain

very odd set up and definitely not five star facilities such as Gym was quite poor and throughout the hotel. The windows were very dirty but overall excellent value for money. Very comfy large rooms and we’re definitely stay there again considering all of the above

The room was very large and comfortable- practically the size of an apartment. The furniture was good quality, the beds were very comfortable, and the utility of the kitchenette area was very good. Not quite a long-term stay efficiency suite because there was no cooking range, but comfortable enough for a multi-week stay. The staff was fantastic, very helpful and attentive. The location is excellent. Lots of bars, restaurants, and things to do within easy walking distance. Very safe area.

The air conditioning was provided by window units installed in the walls. The one in the living room had broken buttons, and the remote did not work. I also noticed no insulation around the area where it was installed, I could see sunlight coming through the hole where it sat. Seems inefficient. The A/C units themselves seemed a bit old/worn out from use. The fitness center was at the very top of the building, near a disorganized-looking common area with plastic chairs. No A/C, just giant windows that reached just 40 cm above the floor that could be opened ( not very safe) Very impressive view of the city though. Also, the bathrooms did not have sufficient ventilation. No exhaust fan.

Worst service I have ever had been , cheap service from hotel personal workers, yelling me in front of my invited at 10:00pm , Hey The visit time in this hotel is until 10pm !!! So embarrassing for me hearing that in front of mi nice who is pregnant and I just cited her to give a present for her newborn baby. Beside that , at 5:00am someone was knocking my room door for as long of 30 minutes, had to call to reception and ask to see what’s happening …. Telling them so sorry will send a security guy to See what’s wrong with. Then Hot water didn’t work never , safety box didn’t work even , finally not clean bath towels. Looks like that place is having financial problems to maintenance, So definitely not worth the money I paid to Stay in a 5star hotel . Not recommended ! Alejandro Bellido (front desk worker) so gross , looks like that guy don’t have right training to deal with 5stars hotel’s customers .
