Ein individuelles Hotel mit einer deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Ausstattung, wie man es so häufig nicht mehr findet. Mir hat der morbide Charme gefallen.

Das Badezimmer hätte sauberer sein können. Hier könnte man mit ein wenig mehr Aufwand ein deutlich besseres Ergebnis präsentieren.

Good location, right by Goose Tower. Nice little town and a lovely area to walk around. Gentleman on reception let us check in early and extended our stay, refunded us 2 nights when we completed our job and left early and breakfast was included, which was very nice, just continental buffet. We have stayed here before and knew what to expect. Just the basics, no kettle, toiletries, hairdryer etc in the room so I brought my own this time! Clean, but very tired, dated decor. There are a few supermarkets nearby which are worth a visit.

No fridge, the room was unbearably hot! Room overlooked the car park, so with window open we were kept awake by the constant traffic on the gravelled car park and noisy cars revving engines and people oblivious to the fact there were other people to consider. Only 2 channels on Smart TV and probably only 1 English programme on in 4 days. Bar didn't appear to be open.

The location was very good

The hotel is/was highly overrated. At the price I would have expected something much better. The bathroom was 1970's Ibis, ie a curtain, poor shower, etc The room was disorganised, the beds were pushed to the side so the one with a usable bedlamp was not easily accessible, and the bedlamp above the bad that was easy to use, did not work.

We arrived way earlier than the listed check in time, but the staff were so friendly and helpful and we were able to go straight to our room so that my husband could get changed to start work. A real bonus. Good location and very close to all amenities, shops, bars, restaurants and supermarkets. Lovely fresh coffee in the lobby.

I wouldn't say we didn't like it, but I would have been better prepared. Extremely basic accommodation, just a bed and bathroom. No extras, no tea/coffee making facility in the room, no hairdryer, no toiletries etc. But if you know this in advance you won't be disappointed.

Staff was friendly and the beds were good.

The hotel is run down, everything is old and faded.

The room was very hot during the day. Even a quick visit was a sweaty trip. The rooms could be a bit cheaper when thinking about the overall quality of the establishment

It is not like new renewed hotels, but I loved simplicity and authenticity. Would stay again. Breakfast was suffiecient :)
