The hotel has an amazing infinity pool and the views are amazing.

The room is super old and smelly. the restaurant could be better and the private beach is not perfect for swimming but good for snorkelling.

location is good, especially if you ride a motorcycle. it has its own beach. Take a villa, that was really nice.

think bar and restaurant are more expensive for a value they gave

Very well kept property, lovely views, great place for snorkelling (weather permitting) and helpful staff.

Most accommodation comes with a little bit of information in the room about the resort, transport etc, this is the only thing missing.

Beautiful location on the water. Pool overlooking the ocean is lovely. Private beach for snorkeling is wonderful. Food and cocktails were good. Bartender in particular offered wonderful service and very helpful. Room was beautiful and mostly well-maintained with stunning views. Room included more than the standard 2 bottles of water which was great after snorkeling all day.

Bit out of the way for restaurants so meals are limited to the hotel. Best to bring own snorkeling equipment and beach towels as the equipment on offer is not well maintained. We opted to book tours privately as the company used by the hotel had terrible reviews. Staff were friendly but possibly still training and there were some language barriers for simple things like ordering food.

Coral Cliff had spacious, clean rooms with beautiful ocean views. The breakfast was delicious and I love the option to make your own omelette. The staff were extremely friendly and always willing to help.

Coral Cliff is located on the southeast side of the island and is quite secluded (so if you’re not planning on leaving the resort this is fine…). There are a couple of restaurants in the area, however you need a mode of transportation (either scooter or car) to get to anywhere else on the island. Also, the bed was quite hard…

There is a bit of a language barrier as it is run by local people. Also they don’t keep many contacts for tourist activities. But it’s still a great place nonetheless.

Nice pictures on booking but we are fare away from the reality ! Hopefully I stayed just for one night ! The price is too high for such quality…

Out room was a bit rundown, the mattress was hard and the shower had low water pressure. Our room was also not clean, the sheets had a dirty mark on them when we arrived. This hotel is not walking distance from anywhere and you will need to get a taxi. For the price of this hotel I really expected a lot more from it.

The room we picked had an amazing view. I couldn't have asked for more. Our balcony opened on a beach with the ocean in front. It was just amazing. We never closed the curtains and hearing the water was so peaceful. The room was spacious and had enough space for everything. The bed was facing the balcony door so we could actually sit on our bed and see the ocean. It was just beyond words.

Though we got mesmerized by the view of our room, there were definitely certain things that could have been better. We requested an early check-in but there are times when the room is not free but when we arrived we hardly saw people in the hotel and the staff didn't let us check-in. The check-in time was 1400 and they didn't allow at 13:45 as well. This was a little put-off. A very minor thing would be the stairs to reach our room were a lot and not properly made. I always felt I would fall.

The resort grounds and garden are well kept and beautiful to walk around and enjoy the views. Very lush and green. The sea view bungalows are enjoyable with relaxing views. Buffet breakfast is decent as any other place (although suggestion would be to cover up the salad as there were many little buggers on them) Restaurant has decent food and with decent prices. The restaurant staff are all super lovely and friendly!

1 of the rooms had a few issues where I had to ring up hotel reception to organise facilities maintenance staff to attend to shower drain issues, water leaking through the electrical box and light (assuming due to the recent heavy rains) which to the team's credit they responded to issues immediately. I was told water leaking through light is OK...Thankfully the risks didn't fruition into a serious issue for us. I suggest hotel management consider offering guests a move to another room in future to ensure their comfort and confidence the room they are staying in poses no health and safety risks.

The resort has an amazing infinity pool, fabulous staff and an incredible breakfast everyday. Laundry done at a very reasonable price. it also an an on-site restaurant if you don’t feel like going out

It is a little remote so you either need a scooter or taxi to get to the main beaches or shopping areas

I booked the best cabin on the resort with own pool when we arrived the pool was very green and dirty looking, when I complained they said it was because of the rain, rubbish it was because they had not cleaned it out. They used there brushes and put cloren in it so I was unable to use it the first day, the second day was still the same again I complained and they came again and still blamed the rain, I told them it was as I told them th filter system was not doing its job and also the pool needed a good scrub the tiles were green and leaves at the bottom, this should have been checked before we came they did what I told them and put a lot more cloren it, so I could not use it the second day of our 4 day stay. The next day it was a lot better and I was able to use, also I had problems getting channels on the 📺 which they had to change one of the television I could not understand why I told the man because I had the same problem in the bedroom and told him to check the connection outside and yeh I was right again, I had a couple of more problems but not once did they seem concerned no one from the management came to see me and apologise, so no I will not be recommending the coral cliff.

Perfect for snorkeling just off the private beach of the resort. You can borrow the snorkeling gear from the resort free of cost. They only had one pair of flippers though, but the mask & snorkel were good quality stuff. Me & my 11 year old son were in the water snorkeling every free time we got! The downside was that the visibility was around 15 feet only in late October. There are lots of colorful reef fish though even in the shallows so we could see them clearly. Very beautiful private beach too to just sunbathe or take photos. We took a day trip to Ko Tao where the snorkeling is just fantastic. Cost was 2,000 baht per person on a speedboat including lunch & free water & Pepsi.

The location is a bit isolated so you’ll need a car or scooter to get to the bustle of nearby Lamai Beach. I rented one from the hotel reception itself for 1,000 baht per day. Taxi cost one way to Lamai was 300 baht so having a car was more economical & convenient to drive to different places on the island.

The villa is right in front of the beach with perfect views. There are corals and fish around the beach so can do snorkeling without having to take a boat trip.

The breakfast was without a doubt the worst I ever have eaten. I can’t comment on the food quality as I couldn’t eat. It ice cold every single morning. nothin was above cold. potatoes, bacon or eggs. i don’t have a good thing to say about the breakfast staff as that all the service pans had heating capabilities under each metal pan. not one flame was lit the whole 4 mornings. They could have done something about it but they did nothing. Maybe that’s the Chefs job but if so I blame him as well. I rate breakfast and absolute 0
