Great location along A2. I could see my car from the window parked at the back of the hotel. Secure and clean. Pet friendly. Very helpful staff.

I cannot think of anything negative.

Late checkin was possible. Stuff heleped me a lot to find the room very late in the evening. Room was cute and comfortable and quiet. There is enough of parking space. Located by the highway.

Late checkin was very confusing, had to consult the stuff working in the restaurant to find the room. Got the wrong key at first.

Close to motorway. Clean.

Room was missing basic amenities like soap to wash your hands, additional rolls of toilet paper etc. It did not have things like kettle or hair dryer, which you expect to see in average ibis or Travelodge level hotel.

Not clear where the entrance, as reception is in coffee fellows. Document filling, more useful would be check mashine - save time for travellers and money for owners

I like clean, fresh bedding. The male member of staff in the morning was kind and served us well.

It was the worse stay we had in this hotel. There was no breakfast bar as usual, there was not a lot to choose. Kids were very disappointed. On the day of our arrival a female member of staff wasn't very polite and kind -actually she was shouting to other customers using toilets- no masks- no entry. I didn't like the way she spoke to them.

Room nice, tidy and quiet. Secure parking on the back of the hotel. All in one place (fuel, food). Perfect 👌

Very clean and comfortable. It was just perfect for our transit through Germany. Staff were really helpful and polite. I would recommend it.
