Todo por eso repito siempre que puedo ! El personal , el acogimiento que se vive aquí tan familiar , todo tan cómodo tan a mano , todas las comodidades , habitación fenomenal reformado, con nevera vistas al mar , piscina , bar , terrazas súper

El hotel es mejor que un dos estrellas normal. Son amables. Esta perfectamente ubicado. Limpieza absoluta.

The location was perfect, the cleanliness was excellent. We hadn't booked breakfast during our stay but on the first day we asked to pay for breakfast on entering the breakfast area and enjoyed our breakfast. The room was bright and airey with plenty of space and the choice of food on offer was reasonable. However the following morning when entering the breakfast room, firstly there was no staff member present at all and a very severe shortage of choice of food. Very limited pastries and no croissant's whatsoever ! This was despite it only being half way through the timed period for breakfast. At the time, there was not only no member of staff to assist, but no one on the nearby reception desk to query this with.
This was disappointing but didn't detract from the enjoyment of both the overall quality and excellent location of your hotel. We certainly would have thought that your hotel deserves at a minimum of three stars ***. Kind regards Robert and AnnJoy Russell. Gran Alacant Alicante.

Very warm welcome from reception on arrival, hotel certainly has a family run feel about it. We had issues with air con unit if allocated room so was immediately moved to a better room with a heart felt apology.
Car park is exceptionally tight to get in and manoeuvre, any car bigger than a Ford focus or Renault Megane would not get in.

Hotel is very close to the beach, restaurants and shops. It is in a very good location. I would recommend this hotel.
I found the cooked breakfast wasn’t very warm.

Superb little hotel, don't know why it's only 2 ⭐, comfy clean rooms with a TV and a fridge.

Great location 2 minutes from shops, cafes etc. 5 minutes to beach.
Hot breakfast was same each day, would of liked a bit more variety and a bit more choice on cereals.

Everything about this hotel was excellent eating areas clean and cool staff so nice all very pleasant and helpful cleanliness was very impressive could not fault this hotel at all

Well furnished and newly decorated room with air-con. The only slight let down was the breakfast, they only had one painfully slow toaster, the food was tipically Spanish which was a good selection but only had scrambled eggs and bacon from the warm selection. The coffee machine was good and simple to use.
