The location is perfect to know the city, is very close to the Casa Rosada and Obelisk.

Sometimes it smells musty and the carpet is not so clean. But it has good ventilation.

I was shocked that the other Americans staying next door to me were robbed and had their computers and other valuables stolen from their room while they were out. Hotel staff didn’t seem to care. Very troubling having to carry all my belongings with me all day!!

The location is very good, the roomkeeping service has been always present. The building is very nice and the rooms on the corner are cozy.

I've got a different room than the one listed on booking. They changed my room on request but still is annoying. Internet is very slow and not working in many rooms

Beautiful building with huge potential, but with quite a "shabby genteel" feel. Room was small with high ceiling so didn't feel too cramped, but is in need of modernisation. Old fashioned lift was interesting. Huge, high ceilinged breakfast room was airy, spacious and delightful. Breakfast provided good choice and plentiful supply of food. All staff were really lovely and very helpful. Beds were exceptionally comfortable and looked fresh and inviting every day.

TV - poor picture, but we didn't come to Buenos Aires to watch television in our room even though the world cup final was on!

No Wifi coverage! Staff told me that internet was not available in surrounding buildings either but had good reception at starbucks right next to hotel. Room was rather small and outdated but clean
