Sound isolation could be better, customers were too noisy banging doors and talking with high volume during night time. Mosquito nets necessary for the summer Fridge made too much noise, we unplugged

Rooms were outdated, furniture looks old. The matress was so soft. Bathroom lighting was not good.

Big rooms, big pool, very nice, helpful and friendly hotel staff. We had an apartment and we had several balconies :). Dinner and lunch were not very fast but not very long either, and our daughter loved their pasta - we will have to stop over for them every time we'll pass through Alexandroupoli again :) Asking the frontdesk for extra bedsheet to prepare the second sofa for 1 kid per sofa took only a few minutes to get the necessaries, so well done for customer satisfaction index !!!

The mattress was a bit too soft for my taste, but finally i slept quite well in it.
