Christian our host was amazing. He let us check in early due to the room being ready and check out late, all with a smile on his face. The room didn’t have an iron or hairdryer but that was given when asked. They even offered to iron my shirt as they saw me struggling.

The room is slightly small and the shower is around a 50cm cube and the bathroom is very small. Still usable

The staff are welcoming and supportive. They manage to find a room for us when we reached at 12.30, before check in time.

Lift is very small. The common area is not always clean. The room is extremely small, if you open your suitcase, you can barely move in the room The bathroom is extremely extremely small. You cannot move when taking a bath, else you either hit the wall or door No option for vegan/vegan. Only bread, butter, cheese and coffee. No hygiene for breakfast facility. The butter and cheese are in a small fridge on a plate and everyone take from there. No individual butter and cheese.

Location is ok, close to bus and train station

It is an overrated hostel, not a hotel. Room was clean when we arrived, but they vacuumed only once during our stay, so bring your slippers with you. Towles were never replaced, but always mixed up, so we never knew who was using which towel. No toilet brush available in the bathroom. Can't imagine toilet brushes are that expensive to provide for each room. Canteen is too small, with a poor choice of food available.

Rooms are clean and confortable.

Lift is extremely small. Does not fit a baby troller.

Restroom was not clean when when we arrived, toilet was dirty from previous guest. We stayed 2 nights and towels were not changed, restroom was not cleaned even that day we stayed.

Fantastic continental breakfast with freshly squeezed orange juice!!, The location was great - easy to get to the station & into Paris city centre, quaint restaurants and cafe's around the corner & a great supermarket close by.

One matress in the room should be replaced, it was a little worn through

Friendly staff, great value, close to train station, shops and cafes, free coffee and mineral water, open 24hrs.

The area was safe, about a 10 minute walk from public transport to Paris, wifi worked well, and the staff was very responsive. Central Paris was about a 30 minute train ride away - great location without the traffic of the city.

Everything was good. And the guy at the reception was nice as he prepared some early breakfast as i had a morning flight

Found a guy in my room and was making away with my ipad and when i confronted him he said he had the wrong key card and was just making sure it was safe. i think it’s better to crosscheck the keycards as to not give someone else’s keycard to another. i was lucky i caught him else i would have been quite frustrated about the situation.
