Lányommal töltöttünk egy hetet a hotelben, tökéletes választás volt. Nagyon gondoskodók, segítőkészek a házigazdák, már az utazás szervezése alatt is váltottunk üzeneteket, kérdeseinkre gyorsan válaszoltak, megbízhatónak találtuk őket. Nem tévedtünk, csodálatos emberek! Kellemes, barátságos az egész hotel és a szoba, szép és új a fürdőszoba, kényelmes az ágy, az erkélyünk a víz felé nézett. Makulátlan a hotelben a tisztaság, naponta cserélték a törölközőket, rendezték a szobát, fürdőszobát, kiürítették a szemetest. Finom, változatos ( édes és sós is ) és elegendő volt a reggeli. Rögtön pótolták, ha elfogyott valami a tálalóasztalról.
Kellemes, zöld a hotel környéke. 5 percre van egy klassz szabadstrand, cukrászdák, éttermek, boltok és a buszmegálló is, ahonnan óránként be lehet menni Sirmione központjába klimatizált autóbusszal 5 perc alatt, az óvárosig kb. 20 perc az út. Gyalogosan 20-25 perc séta a központ.
Nagyon megérte az árát!

Laura and Sergio are great hosts! Always with a smile an ready to help you know how to travel/visit around Garda lake and checking if you have everything you need. Thank you very much for everything!
Sometimes the air conditioning was quite noisy maybe do to using it in maximum level.

Staff was extremely nice. parking lot at the hotel had very little space, but across the street there was a safe spot to park. close to a very big grocerystore and most things were in walking distance.
local transportation is not that nice. The hotel closes at 00.00h It didn't bother us at all, but just keep it in mind.

Great family hotel! The staff wath very kind to us during all stay and was welcome to fulfill our wishes. Also great that the rooms had a balcony. Exceptional location

Very quiet, staff is very nice, centro historico is about 5 km, but if you take a bike you are there in 15 minutes. Desenzano, Peschiera, Verona is quite close and easily accessible. Free parking in the hotel premises but if there is no park place it is also free in front of the hotel and opoosite the hotel. We could store our bikes in a separate storage. Breakfast is very good: proschiutto cotto, cheese, boiled egg, 5-6 types of sweet stuff( cake, brioche etc...) coffee pineapple/orange juice, yoghurt,jam, nutella. Lake view from the balcony.

the hotel is in a great location and the hosts were lovely! they helped us get bikes which we had for a whole day and told us the best places to go. We walked up the Sirmione peninsula but there are buses close by. The breakfast was good too with lots of choice. we would definitely come again.

Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, allowed me to have breakfast early as I had an early train and would have missed their usual breakfast time. Room was clean and comfortable, ideal for solo travellers.
A little bit far from Sirmoine, maybe a 40 minute walk, however the walk was very lovely along the lake front so not an issue for me but may be for travellers that want to be nearer Sirmoine.

Very clean and neat room with a balcony, good breakfast. The owners are a lovely and friendly couple who were very helpful with traveling information in the area. Definitely recommend.
Wished there were hooks or removable hangers for hanging dry hand-washed clothes, but not a big deal.

Sergio a laura make this place so special,i was on my own for a month a they went above a beyond.a little way out from sirmione,but plenty of nice bars a restaurants local,even a pub next door,i cannot express enough what a find this was.xxx

Excellent position between Gardalend/Pescharia and Sirmione. Old but very good hotel. Clean, comfortable, nice premises. Laura and Sergio are great hosts, very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and satisfying.

The friendly owners who took time to talk to us and ask about our day and helped us plan a trip on the ferry across the lakes. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel was spotless, and so to the rooms. Each day when we returned our rooms had been cleaned and the beds remade which I didn't expect but it was a nice touch. The fact that every room (I think, well ours did) has a little balcony to sit out and enjoy the lovely warm evenings.
Fabulous restaurant across the street called Ciclone. Supermarket only 200m down the street. Short walk along the lake to neighbouring area with good restaurants and where you can get the shuttle bus to take you to Sirmione.

Familly run place. Sergio and Laura are wonderfull and always available (tipp: ask them what to visit during your stay!). Comfortable and exceptionally clean rooms (cleaned daily) with floor heating... very rich TV programm.

We had a great stay at the Hotel Derby. It’s a very welcoming family hotel. The owners are a lovely couple and they take care of everything with much love. Also breakfast complete and very well made. Definitely when back in Garda we will stay there again.

A kettle on the room with mini fridge would be good
The place was spotless staff very good. Breakfast excellent had a great time. And on the lake what more can you ask for

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was comfortable.
The only thing against this hotel was there was no proper shower, only a shower head in the bath.
